Very poor would not use them again.
Incorrectly marked risk assessment for nebosh exam 4 times and would not help we had to make a complaint and had a meeting with them and a resit free of charge.

No explanation on how or why it was incorrectly marked either

I recently completed the Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, and both my assessor, Derek and the Programme Manager, Upkaar were extremely supportive throughout the course.

Derek’s guidance and encouragement enabled me to complete the course within the timeframe I had personally set for myself, and I am grateful to him for providing such an outstanding level of advice in an efficient manner. Similarly, Upkaar was very helpful and communicative, providing timely responses to my queries.

Successfully completed the Level 5 Diploma which Jamie and Upkaar were very helpful and understanding throughout the course especially during the difficulties COVID added to balancing work and the course completion. I am also thankful they, especially Jamie pushed and encouraged me to completing Unit 611 as I was not going to do it.

I recently completed the Level 5 Diploma with British Safety Council and had great support from Upkaar on the admin side and great guidance and support form my assessor Harry through the whole process. It took me longer than it should due to Covid and WFH but I still received great support through the process, even when I needed to extend. The web portal for uploading evidence and monitoring progress was easy to read and worked well. I would recommend British Safety Council as a training provider for this qualification.

I wanted to share my experience on completing the NVQ level 5 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety with the BSC. The online course was well structured & the layout was easy to follow. The support form the assessors were clear, precise & swift. I must comment on the support from Upkaar, all questions raised with Upkaar was met with clear direction. Upkaar's communication levels were second to none with all issues raised swiftly & competently. I would recommend the course to anyone wishing to complete the Safety Diploma, once again thank you for the level of service issued.

Our tutor Dr Keith Whitehead was great. He ensured that the course was engaging and tailored to our industry which made it even more worthwhile. I would recommend for anyone to complete the course, even if your role isn't directly involved in environmental management, it can easily be transferred into any role to ensure your company is acting in a responsible and sustainable way. I have used Upkaar from the British Safety Council for City & Guilds Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety and City & Guilds Level 5 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice, and he has been brilliant. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that wishes to study for health and safety qualifications. Great support.

Upkaar supported me throughout the process and provided a timely response to queries I had.
Unfortunately, I had an initial set back where my Assessor wasn’t responding to me in a timely manner. After 5 months, I made a complaint to Upkaar and he dealt with it immediately, assigned me a new Assessor. Unfortunately, my new assessor wasn’t content with my work to date and required me to discard my previous work and start again. Upkaar kindly restarted my two year time limit, as I had lost the 5 months.
Harry Storrow was my Assessor and he was very supportive and timely in his responses. I am very grateful for Harry’s support during my two years with him.

Really good throughout the course , supported all the way through although some bad news was had midway through :( - but the support still carried on throughout the course , would recommend !
