Items with short dates and one OUT OF DATE!
I just ordered 17 boxes of Mr. Kipling cakes to give to relatives for Christmas here in America. Six of them have "Best By" dates just 10 days from their arrival on my doorstep. They will be well past their best by Christmas. And a box of Thorntons chocolates has a Best By date of October 31st! It is early December! We paid 60 dollars for shipping. The service was very fast, but to get an out of date item? Terrible!

The best after sales service from an online store I have come across yet.
Not only was the order processed and sent at lightning speed, a small problem was sorted without hesitation, instantly.

WONDERFUL
I was looking for a soy free baby formula and of course it's nonexistent in the US. I found HIPP Organic and started ordering from this company. Communication is great and I'm able to track my package with no problems. The only downside is the VAT tax, not the company's fault.

Outstanding!
Wow! I placed an order on behalf of a friend who had just moved to New York and the goods were delivered in 3 days. My friend was so impressed, she will be using them in the future. The e-mail with parcel tracking details is a nice touch and very useful. The only down-side; they offer so much she doesn't know what to choose!
