Exploding pepsi max cans

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction regarding a recent incident involving Pepsi Max cans, as well as the handling of my initial complaint.

On 3rd of September, I purchased a multipack of Pepsi Max cans, several of which exploded unexpectedly, posing a significant safety risk. I immediately submitted a complaint through your online form, including clear photographic evidence of the damaged cans and all relevant details as requested.

To my disappointment, I received a response stating that I had not provided photographic evidence, which is simply untrue. I have attached the photos again for your reference. This response not only failed to address the serious safety concern but also gave the impression that my complaint was being dismissed without proper investigation.

Exploding cans are a serious hazard, and I am extremely concerned that this issue has not been taken seriously. I expect a thorough investigation into this matter and a clear explanation of the steps you will take to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Furthermore, I would appreciate a formal apology for the mishandling of my complaint and an update on how you intend to resolve this issue.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to Trading Standards and the Food Standards Agency.

Britvic jug, do not recommend.

The Britvic water filter jug was recommended in the Telegram so I purchased one with additional filters. Big mistake, the water tastes awful. I thought perhaps the jug needed to be rinsed out, which I did. No better. I have not drunk mains water for 30+ years but mains water actually tasted better than from the jug. I now boil the water and use it for my tea hoping it at the very least the jug removes any bacteria/ chemicals from the mains water. Definitely do not recommend this product

"They don't think much of their customers do they!" I purchased a carton of Plenish from…

I purchased a carton of Plenish from Tesco's and put it in the fridge. It was kept cool from the time of purchase. The carton started to bulge, it had obviously got bacteria in it and was creating gas inside.
I sent photo's to britvic customer service and the told me that they would not want the carton sent to them as it would perished by the time it reached them. IT HAS ALREADY PERISHED! They would send some voucher's as an apology and good will gesture.
Today we received a voucher, not vouchers, for £2.50. What an insult, my wife has asked me to return it unused. It doesn't even cover the inconvenience of travelling back to the store. As my wife points out, "They don't think much of their customers do they!"

Where do I start

Where do I start! I had a lump of metal in my Pepsi max can it has taken them almost a month to actually do something. Ie running tests on the unknown object I almost choked on. To get told it was just “one of those things unfortunately” to get them to send out vouchers in the post as an apology! I received 4x £5 vouchers! Thats it that’s all they have done as a massive company

Brilliant customer service

I needed an analysis certificate for Robinsons orange squash so I could send a box of it to my home in Bulgaria and this certificate is required for a food product to be processed through customs. It was provided very quickly, and my orange squash is now working it's way to my home. Thank you so much for your help with this :)

I award Britvic a single star for their…

I award Britvic a single star for their decision to give a monopoly on their Tango Ice Blast drinks to Frozen Brothers, despite the negative impact it has had on innocent consumers like myself. During these challenging times, my family finds itself trapped in a relentless payment cycle of approximately £300 per month for a Tango Ice Blast machine provided by Frozen Brothers, a machine that quite simply fails to function. As if this were not enough, I cannot overlook the exorbitant cost of the consumption of CO2 gas caused by these faulty machines.

Frozen Brothers themselves eventually conceded that the initial machine they granted us over the course of the first year was unfit for service. However, their contractual terms cunningly absolve them of any accountability for their malfunctioning products. It is a sickening revelation that has left me feeling dispirited and on the verge of giving up. Despite Frozen Brothers replacing our machine a mere few weeks ago, it has since broken down again. Consequently, I am left with the grim reality of continuing to pay £300 per month, all the while the machine remains incapable of generating any revenue until Frozen Brothers sees fit to remedy the situation.

I implore Britvic to reevaluate their decision to give the monopoly on Tango Ice Blast drinks to Frozen Brothers, as their involvement in perpetuating the distress experienced by numerous individuals is disheartening, to say the least.

Britvic cannot be ignorant to the reprehensible practices of Frozen Brothers, yet they appear content to profit from their partnership. This knowledge only deepens my disappointment in their choices.

In conclusion, it is my fervent hope that Britvic will reconsider their decision to give the monopoly on Tango Ice Blast drinks to Frozen Brothers and prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of their loyal customers.

Terrible customer service

Complained about a drink I bought and all I got in the mail was a blank piece of paper, they couldn’t even be bothered to write and apology or anything and a two measly £1 vouchers. Probably the worst service I’ve ever seen.

A win for Britvic but a loss for the customer!

As a long standing customer of Britvic via Robinsons squash I am very disappointed with their responses to customer service and complaints.

We did our usual shopping in Tesco and purchased 2 bottles of Robinsons orange squash and upon getting home we noticed something black floating inside the unopened bottle.

We thought it was worthwhile contacting the company directly, however, this is nigh on impossible to do. We tried searching for a contact number, but none available, you try emailing but you need batch numbers and product codes that are impossible to find or read, you look on Facebook but you can't comment on their page and you send them a private message but get no response.

In the end my wife put a comment on Twitter and eventually they replied. A box was sent to send the bottle back to them for 'analysis' with no other information but this time an actual phone number.

I called the number to find out about a refund and was told that wouldn't happen at least until the analysis had taken place and that this would take up to 3 weeks.

We then went on holiday and upon our return we found a letter stating the foreign body was just 'a piece of plastic used in manufacture' and some vouchers for Britvic products.

Fair enough, only it isn't, because I've tried using the vouchers in the same Tesco I bought the Robinsons from originally - my local store, and they aren't accepted, therefore I don't have the product and I don't have the money either.

A win win situation......... for Britvic!!!!

Great way to lose loyal customers.

Won a competition with 7Up on behalf of Britvic. The prize was a £25 Uber Eats voucher. That was 2 weeks ago and I still haven't been able to successfully use this prize. I am a stay at home mum so I my time and money are limited. This would have been a nice treat but they have ruined it by being incompetent and not very nice about trying to resolve this. I dont get what the issue is!
