The product is very impressive (so far - it's only been installed a couple of days). The design is clever and the appearance is very good. It was easy to connect the box to its post although the online instructions took some finding on the website. I knocked off one star because of a muddle over what had been ordered - the box itself arrived promptly but the post, which should have been included in the same delivery, was forgotten and I had to remind Brizebox to send it.

Very pleased with the Parcel Box, excellent product and very well made. Only issue was a mix up with their couriers which meant delivery was delayed however Brize Box were very responsive and contacted the couriers immediately to chase up.

I have just received a standard post box from Brize and we are very happy with the quality, robustness and finush of the product.

There were slight availability issues but the assistance and support were second to none.

Expectations met. Functional, well designed and well built.

Great value product with quick despatch. Great customer service calling out of 9 to 5 working hours to ensure the postbox got delivered. Overall very happy with the service and would purchase from Brizebox again.

The box is very sturdy and looks good and we are very pleased with it. The only thing was that it was fitted to a stone wall and my husband said that the bolts provided were not long enough and also that it was quite awkward to fit, having to take the door off and reach inside.

Having searched extensively for a post box that would take parcels & letters I found the Brizebox Parcel Box, it was more expensive that others that I had seen but seemed to made from better material and seemed to be more secure. I wasn’t disappointed when it arrived, it was very well packaged (just as well as there was some damage to the outer packaging). I bought the large size which I hope will manage most of the packages that will be delivered. The parcel/post box was quite heavy and very well made, the powder coating was very well done, there were fixings to secure it to the wall (instructions on Brizebox Website). It looks as though it will last a long time. It was definitely better to buy a more expensive one that is worth the money.

Recently added a post to my Brizebox that has already given years of faultless service. The post is as well engineered as the box and was very easy to fit. The fittings provided are vey high quality too. If you are looking for a parcel box this is certainly the one to buy.

I would have marked as a 5 star if had not been for noticing a couple of days after placing my order that there was now a 15% discount available.

This is my second Brizebox. We are moving home and having had a Brizebox now for two years I wouldn’t be without one. Deliveries and post are made so easy. 5 stars for quality of the Brizebox and ease of use.

Great service, quality product

Nice product, but a minor adjustment would be to add side mount holes. It is too big for a face mount into a country lane, but mounting on the side of the gatepost works ok. I've used large spreader plates and sprayed the holes I drilled to help prevent rust.

DHL delivery info was poor but this isn't Brightbox fault. Lots of bad reviews on DHL so perhaps review the delivery company.

Within minutes of installation delivery drivers were using the Brize Box, very useful, only problem we've had so far is a delivery driver attempting to fit a parcel which was too large, but overall an excellent product

The box is great and works as described but it was a nightmare to fix to the wall for an amateur despite watching the video where it seemed to take about 5 minutes. It was made even more difficult because the holes for fixing mean lying upside down and holding a torch to tighten up the bolts inside the box. If the drawer could come out it would have been easier.
