This is a terrible WiFi provider I’ll never tell anyone to join them

I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star this is the worse wife company in the uk are wife has been down for almost 2 weeks now and they still haven’t come out to fix it and and it’s just a joke to be honest i would not recommend this to anyone

No problem with the actual broadband it's the mess they make and leave your property in it's disgusting if I new it would mean this mess never would have had it fitted

im deaf and cannot use the phone so i cannot find any way of contacting you to find the best deal

have a problem could not get beyond online sales offers problem is with incoming broadband only available by dedicated openreach socket in one room BT say must contact Sky for engineer to resolve - any assistance would be appreciated - Jim Symons

Had Vodafone prior to being conned into have a sky package in December virtually every day since the looks out or slower than my phone then reboot that realy works. You get fobbed off when you complain. Do no I want it removed it is not fit for purpose

Virgin media customer service is absolutely horrible, they want payment but make you jump through hoops ,you want money so let me pay ,doesn't help they don't understand simple question

Broadband speed for talk talk today at 4mps. When I reported this, via automated service and text response this doubled to 8mps. I understand that the standard is 25 mps. My requirements are basic, I don't game or download films so if you are a more sophisticated tech user, stay well clear.

Very disappointed with you guys, I stayed over a month to get your hub it never came because someone at the call center had got my address wrong. WORST is I find I have been billed for two months without even having received connection!! How deceitful is that now. I have given so many calls about my matter no one seem to respond at NOW. I will not recommend NOW to anyone until my matter is sorted and my money refunded to me. Surely your records can show if the connection is active or not!!

I had a very bad experience with u guy's this afternoon i spoken with someone n i explained to her everything. She's so un perfetional .she can't talk properly. I was nearly 1hrs on the phone with her she didn't solve my problem n at the end she said to I'll call u back in few minutes n she won't..

Sky is like most company's they make you sign a mandatory contract all this dose is guarantee there income for a set time plus they can put your payments up if they wish to at any time this is wrong the price should stay the same throughout the contract like it did years ago its time this practice was outlawed

1 month wait to activate broadband on an existing line. Compare this to Hyperoptic at my previous flat that took 3 days

Absolutely terrible been trying to get broadband up and running for 6 weeks works intermittently then goes off keep getting passed round to "THE WRONG DEPARTMENT "tried to cancel the thing and still no joy .let see if they get in touch when I cancel the DD
