trying to close an account for my mother who has dementia and in a care home and not lived at the account address for months , like talking to a brick wall ,they insist on talking to her ??? have lied saying they closed the account in September and sent bailiff letters to the address since even though no one has been living there and now under new owners, the worst customer service ive ever encountered and have the iq of a 5 year old ,matter still not resolved ,unbelievable .They dont listen to anything you say ,they just continue to say they need to deal with the account holder ??? Even though they cant communicate . disgusting company , Their customer service agents just seem a bunch of robotic morons that don't understand English, very loose with the truth and cant even explain how to resolve the issue, pathetic.

No internet for over a week they send someone out a week later for us to then be told I have to wait 48hs and they can't find the problem so 9 days with no internet and they knock £6 off bill

The most worst broadband internet thing that I have ever had, oml I can’t even watch a video on YouTube without it constantly loading and it bugs me right off to the point where i start throwing things around the room in anger and most of the time I just want to smash it up into little pieces. CAN’T EVEN WATCH A VIDEO!!, and also when an advert comes on, I have never seen an advert start jumping or loading like that? So wth.. so adverts(hate them) can happily work properly and the actual video that I want to watch can’t ? How tf does that work? come on? For like £50 quid a month? U acc being serious? God sake. “Super fast broadband”😂😂 Yeh wha ever

Awful, internet turns off at 8pm everynight, apparently because of a train affecting the lines, which according to sky they can't sort!Do not use

PLUSNET. Have been more than happy with them for 9 years. However silly me wanted to change to unlimited broadband. Easy to do on line, however, 3 months later contract still not set up and getting charged extra for each 10MB used. This is a joke and no one seems to be able to sort out a computer error!!! and get my new contract up and running.

Excellent website very easy to navigate. They have a Speed check that was able to show me which provider was able to give me the fastest broadband in my area. Highly recommend for anyone searching for broadband

I found a deal on this site with Vodaphone, stated ALL IN ONE PRICE, fibre 38+ weekend and evening calls. £22.50 pm. Tried to purchase deal, was asked to add call package for an additional £4 totalling £26.50. Contacted Vodaphone directly, was told the site was incorrect. Attempted to email Broadband finder on three occasions and each time was told 'internal error' so my complaint could not be forwarded.

Good site for searching for deals on broadband and tv stuff. The tools are good too as I hadn't realised how low my upload speeds were.

I don't download a lot of wi-fi apps. But must say I did find Broadband Finder to be of use.

Very helpful with everything

The Broadband Finder site was easy to use, easy to understand, and gave me a very credible breakdown of relative performance from all the major UK broadband providers.. I am currently with Sky, and while I have no really major complaints about their service (they are better in all respects than TalkTalk - my previous ISP) they aren't quite good enough to guarantee my long-term commitment.
Under the circumstances, Broadband Finder was precisely what I needed.

Site was really easy to use, every provider in one place and so easy to compare them all. Guides are great for helping you get to grips with any jargon. Would definitely recommend.
