I bought a 4g router plus aerial, it was delivered next day and I couldn't find either cheaper anywhere else.
I have been using Broadbandbuyer for years and have always been 100% happy with the service

I would avoid using this company as not only do they charge you delivery for sizeable (£1000+) orders, they reset your delivery date if you enquire about paying for a faster delivery, and then lie to you about your delivery being packed and shipping that day when it is not. Clearly customer service does not like criticism and delays your order because of it, not a way to do business !!

Website easy to navigate, order process clear. Item arrived in good time. Well packed and worked out of the box. What more can we ask?

Terrible! ordered almost one month ago, didn't receive refund, first product didn't ship out for more than week, was writing emails every day with no respond! after items was shipped they lost them and then parcel was returned to seller. Parcels already returned but no refund received!!! FRAUD COMPANY! Costumer support terrible! NOT RESPONDING!

Bought a gigabit network switch from them, but quickly found it cheaper on another website. Contacted them about a price match, but the only option was to go through the process of returning the item entirely before re-buying from the other seller. Missing a trick here, I think.

Good range of products, but do check other places first for a better deal and more accommodating customer service.

Bought a Synology NAS, disks pre-fitted (which was very handy). Excellent price, product delivered as described and in perfect working order. Very pleased with service and would definitely order again.
