Excellent advice and service. Needed a cloud controlled wifi solution rapidly and they supplied and delivered before by 1030 the next day. less than 24 hours from order.

Placed an order for a Synology DS220+ with hard drives installed, chose the next day delivery option by 12 noon it arrived around 10:20 am. very quick service and good price very pleased with the service a well earned 5 stars.

5 stars as usual excellent service from BB buyer. Unfortunately the product does not meet my requirements (not their fault). I have left a separate comment on that aspect.

I've made many purchases from Broadband Buyer and all have been exactly as ordered and delivered when expected with zero drama. I've engaged their services for customer support and used their cloud hosted services.

Could not hope for more, The 24 port Gigabit switch went down at 9:40 Monday morning, Found one on the web site call the sales team who were very good. ordered the unit collected from Milton Keynes switch fitted by Lunch !! first class service and the price was right as well !!

Ordered some enterprise hard drives from them, and they arrived as described, next day and well packed. Couldn't be happier.

I have to admit I was a little apprehensive placing an order after reading some rather negative reviews, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Our router at work died a death and I needed an urgent replacement as we are heavily reliant on internet access as we have a VOIP telephone system. These were one of the few retailers offering the router I required on a next working day delivery. Even though I had never dealt with them before and paid on a pro-forma basis I ordered the new router at 15:35 and was sent a pro-forma invoice very swiftly which I paid immediately. I very happily received my shiny new router before 9am via DPD the next day, which meant our downtime was minimal for our customers. Excellent service and the sales rep I spoke to before I placed the order was very friendly and helpful. Whilst I understand not all transactions are superb like the experience I had, I cannot fault them, so take the negative reviews with a pinch of salt. Highly recommended and would not hesitate in using them again.

I've purchased NAS drive along with 8 large and by the same expensive hard drives. How disappointed I was discovering that 3 of 8 disks were previously used or refurbished as they had already more than 20 hours (each) uptime registered by HDD firmware. Hard drives have implemented number of useful features for monitor and diagnostic purpose. Packaging of these 3 disks were different then the other 5 disks. By the way this exactly factor has triggered my curiosity so I checked S.M.A.R.T. status of each disk.
Moreover, I have ordered the equipment with a next day delivery by DPD. They sent me one component by Parcel Force with no tracking, not delivered next day and they can only estimate delivery day.
I have no problem buying and using second hand equipment, but then I use ebay and pay less on such occasions.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST SALES SUPPORT AND DELIVERY I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. ARROGANT STAFF WHO TAKE ZERO RESPONSIBILITY WHO MAKE PROMISES THEY BREAK AND CANNOT KEEP AND THEN THREATEN YOU WITH CANCEL ORDER IF YOU KEEP CALLING. DISGUSTING BUNCH. They shouldn't even be allowed to sell rain water let alone high-end equipment

I placed an order at 4pm on Friday for WiFi Access Points with pre-configured SSID. And I paid a few pounts for next day DPD delivery. I got an email back saying I'd missed the cut off, and the order would be processed on Monday. Fair enough.
BroadbandBuyer got the access points configured and into DPD on Friday, and they were with me by noon on Saturday. Extraordinary Customer Service!
