I was pleasantly surprised that this product arrived the next day! The brochure holders are a great quality and they even gave us extra dividers with each unit! I received an acrylic brochure rack, double boxed with bubble wrap. The packaging was in perfect condition. But the rack was cracked in two places, Another one was sent, again packaging was perfect, the rack was cracked in exactly the same places as the first one. Obviously, both racks were damaged before being sent,

We were somewhat disappointed with our recent purchase of the brochure rack. Several of the screws broke while installing and we had yo find substitutes. Also the metal rack was warped and we had to install extra brackets in order to hold it in place and keep it flush with the frame. I guess you get what you pay for.

The brochure holders I ordered arrived well before the due date. The packaging was the best I have ever seen. I ordered 10 to see the quality and I will be ordering many more. The quality of the brochure holders were a great value for the money.

Have to order too many at one time or pay a penalty for each item ordered!

Timely delivery and packed with so much care!

We needed a brochure holder for drug discount cards in our doctors office. The trouble is they are all different sizes and heights. This adjustable 2 tier holder works great in handling multiple sizes. The clear bin makes it easy for doctors to find the card they need. What once was a cluttered counter of multiple boxes and stacks of overflowing cards is now neatly organized and up on the wall out of the way.

I recently ordered 2 wire brochure stands from BrochureHoldersNow. Ordering was easy. And the product was great. However, one of the stands was too large for where we needed to display it, so I decided to send it back. This is where there was some issues. I called the company to get a return number, and the man I spoke with was nice enough. The issue was that even with an RMA number I still had to pay to ship it back. The return process was not as simple as with other companies. This company does offer good products; but the hassle was with the return.

It is a wonderful shelf fits in all of our flyers and keeps them perfectly neat

My packages were not delivered to my location, but customer service was extremely helpful in finding them.

The holder looks to be very substantial. My only concern is there is a large crack on the back and water and moisture could seep it. I have not mounted it yet so we will see.
