The brochures seem to be fine and will help us nicely with advertising our program at our offsite locations.

The tracking system does not work. We can't get information on our order or its status, yet we have already paid for the order. This item is for my son's Eagle Scout project. Disappointed in the lack of communication

The wood literature holder that was purchased was well made. The mahogany oak color was spot on. The price break offered is going to allow the courthouse to purchase a few more.

The cardboard brochure holders were received in a timely manner and we found them to be as described online. They are lightweight and can be made flat for storing or transporting and quickly setup. We can even place stickers or decorative paper on the front to make unique and have more eye appeal while on our tables.

The Brochure rack arrived quickly and was easy to assemble.

Having looked at brochure holders, this works best for screwing on to 4x4 posts. The only two weaknesses were:
Rain can get in from the sides of the top if it is put in a totally exposed location. I built a box around it which stops this problem. The other issue is a lack of a place to secure the bottom. There are two screw holes in the top section to secure the holder to the post, and they work fine. We have little kids around our area and needed to secure the base. A washer that can overlap the bottom seam appears the solution.

Purchase was easy, Product is sufficient. But forced to buy more Brochure Holders in order not to get an additional charge. Not Kool Robert Frost

Quality is good, website usable. Missing pieces, customer service seemed like they didn't know what to do.

Display was shipped without key parts for assembly.

I will be testing out the brochure holders next week at a big exhibit so I can't yet comment on the quality of the product although it looks great and the flat holders snap together easily. Service was very fast and product was packaged with care. Those details give me confidence that your brochure holders will serve me well.

We used this company because I was quoted a large amount of money for just four literature racks. We decided to order one wired literature rack as a tester, and it was the same as the items that we had from the prior vendor at almost three times the cost. We have ordered several literature racks to replace some of the worn racks in our inventory. We will order our literature holders from this company from here going forward, pending that the quality and the service remain the same.
