Excellent delivery time and good packaging. Needed to contact customer service regarding a minor blemish on the umbrella material. My enquiry was dealt with in an extremely professional manner. Overall the service was 5 star. Would not hesitate to use Brollied again.

Hi - We recommend grasping the umbrella shaft firmly and furling the pvc tightly with your hands and then securing with the tag. The quality of the pvc on this umbrella is vastly superior and should last you a long time. We hope this helps.
