Highly recommend this supplier
After searching for quite some time for a large chrome radiator, was pleased to find one that fitted our needs and really well priced. The radiator arrived 2 days later well packaged and we absolutely love it. It looks fantastic in our hallway. Would definitely recommend

Be cautious
Order was delivered with part of it incorrect. This is not acceptable and has not been corrected quickly enough. I have no idea when the correct item to complete the order will be delivered.
Update- I have now found the replacement pack was damaged in transit - which no-one contacted me about. I have had to complained, cancelled the order and am now awaiting a full refund.

Hearth and Back Panel Set
First order for Mdf hearth and back panel set was out of stock, so upgraded to Roman Stone hearth and back panel. Great looking and good quality, very solid (glad I upgraded) much better value for just £20 extra. Very helpful staff on customer support also. I would deal with this company again in the future.

Ordered a selection of drill bits
Ordered a selection of drill bits , 4 out of 5 boxes were perfect but one had obviously been exposed to water and inside the plastic box was still wet . Drill bits had rusted inside , couldnt be bothered to return for £3 worth of goods and probably still good value for the overall cost and their delivery charge was reasonable too .
