Brora cashmere socks

Bought cashmere socks costing £25 and they wore through within weeks causing blisters on my feet! Brora don’t want to know. One assistant blamed my shoes while manager told me. They are a luxury item. Surely they are not fit for purpose. Their customer service is shocking and I will definitely never go there again. I cannot afford £25 for a few weeks wear. I always wear pure wool socks in winter and have never had any problems. If socks are not fit for purpose labels saythis
