Ordered 2 items but only received 1 of them but they both got marked as delivered so I am missing a £25 T-shirt I sent out an email to let them know but haven’t received anything back so I guess that’s £25 wasted

Also they charge you a high price for shipping as if the item is coming from the US but it’s shipped out from the UK so there is no way it should cost that much and as for the clothing it’s just print on demand from some cheap company I’d avoid sadly

I ordered 3 shirts. When I got to the postage part of the purchase the pagebstated 2 shirts to be posted for $20 roughly but the second part, the third shirts was to be posted separately for $70.
I enquired through email as to why when logically you wack the third shirt with the other two!
The response i got was BLOCKED.
That is not the behaviour of a professional legitimate company wanting to honor the life of Bruce!
Where's the customer service, helpfulness let alone integrity!
Good thing heaps of other companies sell Bruce stuff - at a much better price!
I will not return. Very very disappointed!

Im a card collector and ordered the Bruce Lee Keepsake 50th Anniversary Edition collector cards on 09/03 and received it in the mail 09/14. Cards are in great condition and was packaged safely. Received an authentic relic 11 out of 99 in a secured case with led lights inside when opened and a green refractor card 64 out of 150 and 4 silver refractor cards of him.

Bruce Lee hockey jumper.

Bought the Bruce Lee hockey style jumper, the first time I washed it it leached black dye and turned the white and yellow parts grey. The fleece backing to the jumper material is coming away leaving sheer patches. Payed a lot of money to but this item and have it sent to Australia.

The site has apparels and accessories that are so overpriced, including the shipping. They claim the fundings goes to the "Foundation" for Bruce Lee's memorial. I think it's cool they have awesome shirts and stuff but is it necessary for the site to overprice the items? They should do a deal where we would buy something worth $50 and offer free shipping. I'm a big fan of Bruce Lee but I do not recommend anyone coming to this site to buy apparels and accessories because it is a major ripoff.

One Star is too much. I make an order and pay directly with Paypal. It needs 1 complete Month before they shipped my order. I hope i must now not wait another month for delivery. Never order from me again. Total stupid ...

The Exclusive Varsity Letterman was trash, art was good but the jacket feels like some old piece of crap my grandad would of wore. No Leather arms. Poly & wool. It has 5 stars. That's BullCrap. and you see it here. Liars. I wanted to throw it in the trash and anyone I know that has these jackets would have trashed it. $200 bucks for garbage. Not sure I've ever been this disappointed over a highly anticipated piece of clothing.

THE GOOD: Despite all the bad reviews, I’ve had great experiences with their clothes. Being an avid Bruce Lee fan, I spent around $600-700 on their various clothing items. I liked 95% of the stuff I got, and the stuff I didn’t like I contacted them about returning.
THE BAD: I had to pay for shipping return costs myself unfortunately, and once they received my items back they informed me it would take 6-8 weeks to process my return (very disappointing, I almost wrote a bad review) but instead it only took around 2 weeks; still pretty long but I got all my money back.

CONCLUSION: If you’re really that concerned, just make your purchases with a good credit card that has purchase protection, if the experience doesn’t workout like these other reviewers then just dispute the charge or file a claim. When using a card like Amex you’ll get 100% of your money back, but again, that hasn’t been necessary for me to do

I bought two Bruce Lee t-shirts but the truth is that I was disappointed because the quality of the fabric is terrible. Apart from that, a t-shirt came dirty, the presentation of the clothes, and the Quality is very bad and it does not have a label, anyone can do it dirty cheap, I'm paying for brand and name only.
Bruce Lee memory doesn't deserve this

I ordered $150 plus December 14 I asked December 31 when these things would arrive. They said I would get a confirmation when stuff was shipped.
Confirmation was 23 January it’s now 31 January .I still don’t have anything.
The experience hasn’t been very Bruce Lee like. Tsk
I think I could’ve walked to California and walk back with my stuff before they even shipped it

Almost thought it was a scam; Waited close to a month for email replies, Instagram replies, Facebook replies. Called up my bank credit card to hold the bills; so thankful the credit card company came in to help dispute the charges. Was thankful that probably after the credit card company helped to check in with the Merchant / Bruce Lee Store, they finally replied saying that my order has been received. I cancelled the order in totality, as I really had no faith If I would ever receive the items. Anyway found some better deals online, and I should have done more research before buying from this official store which seemed more like a scam. Stay safe folks!

Big Bruce Lee fan here. But, by far the worst place to order stuff from. Just listen to the customers complain. I would NEVER EVER order anything from this place again. Shannon Lee, please do something about this...This is not Bruce Lee type situation....

Worst experience ever. Ordered on 12/5. It never shipped. It’s 12/28. They promised me upgraded shipping. BruceLee.com is run by a company called MusicToday with tons of BBB complaints. The customer service lies both by phone and email. They blocked me on fb because I posted honest comments about not receiving product. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

to reach a person about your Bruce Lee order call the CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER (877) 687-4277 for MusicToday. They handle the shipping and assisted with a refund for items that were never received. Call with your order # ready ! :)

this customer service shi...t sucks.! no phone number to call on there site. they never email you back. never buy something from them or you will be fc....k..e...d . no lie.

Put in an order over a month ago (5/18). Was told in email that order would ship 5/25. Emailed 6/1 got "Covid Delays" reason. Emailed again 6/15 and no response. Had to go through PayPal to cancel my order and get my money back. Bummer.
