I’ve placed several orders with this company over the years, here’s my experience:
Pros + awesome cool products
Cons - painfully SLOW order processing, shipping and delivery
- lacking gift order options

I sent three emails to this company wanting to know where my order was and that one was even answered. It’s been two weeks since I ordered and I receive nothing yet my payment went through immediately.

Addendum:
I did receive my order after a month. Great product but lousy service. Can’t believe how difficult it is to contact these people. It appears that music today is the company that fulfills these orders.

Wish i had read these reviews before purchasing.
1. No confirmation of order after i spent nearly $200 USD
2. No way to log into account with my password and doesnt give you password reset option NOR does it offer password assistance.
3. No one replies to your emails
4. No tracking or shipment details 10 days after purchase
5. Had to file dispute with paypal to get my money back

Horrible Customer Service, an don't use virus as an excuse , I ordered 150.00 plus worth , then I saw something else after I exitied an paid already, next item put purchases over 200.00 , you would think they would add the item to other order an save me the shipping cost, BUT NO, I SPENT OVER 2HUNDRED AN ALSO PAID 9.18 FOR SGIPPING ON 1 ITEM . I TRIED TO CONTACT BUT NO WAY , NO HOW , I EMAILED , 2DAYS LATER STILL NO RESPONSE an it says after email it takes 48 hrs WOW , THEY TAKE THE MONEY AN HAVENT SHIPPED WHICH IS BAD , AN TO TOP IT OFF YOU CANT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE FIR CUSTOMER SERVICE , RIDICULOUS WHAT A RIP OFF, in addition I was charged for 4 items but only was shipped 3 items , no credit to my card was given , I'm still being charged for 4 items , no help no customer service , nothing what a RIPP OFF

I have made an order on 25th November and today is 10th of December and the package is nowhere near Europe and on 17th Dec I am leaving for holidays for 3 weeks so wondering how the package is going to be delivered and btw i paid EXTRA for the fast shipping, customer service is terrible with stupid bots where you cannot reach anyone, so if next time you guys want to order present for Christmas - ORDER IT IN SUMMER!

I just want to make it clear that all though we all love bruce lee, we don't have to love the people in charge of his business empire.

Twice I have contacted Bruce Lee entertainment and bruce lee.com directly. I haven't heard a thing, absolutely absurd..!

At least have an automated message service which tells people you cant be bothered to get back!
