One of the best stores in CPH
Excellent service, the best products, knowledge, care, and good times. What more can I say - Brund is one of the best stores in Copenhagen.
The online service is great, but if you get the chance you should go to the physical store and check out the great items and have a chat about the jeans, boots, music, and the world.
Highly recommend!

Sends caps without a protective box!
Bought an Iron Heart cap. Site works ok, and shipping went fast... But I was surprised when i got my parcel, they sent a cap worth 100+ USD in a simple plastic bag, no box! This resulted in the cap being somewhat bent and the front-panel was smashed in. I solved it by soaking it and formed it back into shape, so now it looks ok. But that's not how you send caps, they must be protected in a box. Will not order caps from them again...

Quite fast actually (Danemark to South Germany, in 5 working days). The ordered was processed on monday and was here on friday).The pricing is normal for such product. I will definitely visit the shop if I come to Danemark for holiday.

I am sorry to learn that your hat apparently had hair in it when it arrived. That of course is not intentional. I suspect that customers in the physical shop have tried on the hat and that has left hair in it. We did not notice that it was a problem.
With regards to the hat not being wrapped in anything but the bag it was sent in, we do try not to use too much plastic.
