Good selection of interesting brands
Good selection of interesting brands. One of a few online stores in Europe where You can buy Tellason jeans jackets. Other brands were solid too.
I was generally satisfied with ordering and delivery. Would suggest little more detail on sizing issues. Great that store in Danmark stocks one of finest denim brands Tellason. Its just Samurai jeans brand from Japan that would add value to selection of finest raw denim.

We are sorry that shipping took a bit longer than normally with your order. As I explained to you in the mail I sent to you just after first receiving your order (on a Sunday), we would not be able to get to the post office until later the coming week. We were hoping for your understanding, and trying to give you a chance to cancel your order early on. We usually ship two times a week but just couldn't make that happen that week. We do realize that shipping time is a factor in web shopping and we are doing the best we can (which almost always means two runs to the post office every week). Sorry it didn't happen this time around. Glad to hear that you enjoy the products you ordered, though :)

goods as expected, helpful staff, prompt reaction
The people have been very friendly and responsive.
The goods are as shown and described (one minor defect on one of the boots, but this is considered acceptable with Red Wing brand).
Just one recommendation: always supply the shipping company with all the contacts of the recipient you have (mobile number, email address).
