It was very successful, the glasses were much admired.
If I had one bit of feedback, organising celebratory items for groups of people can be a little stressful, ie. timing, appearance, etc so a little more hand holding and timing reassurance would have been welcomed. A text, a telephone call....?

We ordered an engraved cut glass Paperweight for the judge at our Championship Dog Show. We have purchased these lovely paperweights for the past 3 years. It was my error tjat I had forgotten to place the order, realising only 2 weeks before the show owas to be held on 17th Jan 2026. Brunel were very good and fast tracked my order to ensure it arrived on time. Excellent service and beautiful product.

I was asked to order some glass engraved trophies for our office Christmas party - a week before. The average turn around for glass engraving seems to be 6 working days, so I was worried about getting them in time.

Brunel had a fast track option, the trophies arrived with a day to spare (pre-Christmas, a busy time of year for both awards ceremonies and parcel deliveries!) and looking great.

The custom decanter was a hit!!! :) nearly brought my dad to tears. Posted a picture of the finish product on Instagram and several of my friends have asked for a referral. 11/10 recommend as a gift for someone special

Communication was great throughout. We had some issues utilising their website, but they sorted everything we needed and their service was very fast and the item was exactly as we'd wanted it to be.

Plaques were received in good time and we are very pleased with them.

Had to replace a glass broken in transit to me (not sent from Brunel).
Service was excellent and the replacement glass arrived safely.
