the trophies and engraving we received were excellent but some of the presentation boxes were damaged during transit and Brunel were unable to get them replaced which was disappointing otherwise it would have been 5 stars

Job well done …
The team at Brunel communicated promptly and I was pleased with the result. The only hiccup was that I received some old presentation boxes that had seen better days and were too small for the glasses. However, they resolved the problem very quickly and received smart boxes the following day.

Easy to use website. Quick turn around and a good product. Only suggestion is postage packaging needs to remove the expanded foam and replace with something more eco-friendly/recyclable.

Not a happy experience!
Ordered on a Friday for following Thursday; incurred ‘express’ fee £18!. Was told couldn’t pay in collection. Arranged direct payment on the Thursday to collect Friday for AGM: order hadn’t been started! Seems they want payment before starting order which I wasn’t made aware of causing embarrassment at AGM prize giving.

Thank you for the review you have placed although I must say I am disappointed by the 2 stars.
When you came into our shop and placed your order you would have been asked to pay at the time, we understand that this is not always convenient so we do give our customers the option to arrange a bank transfer. I do not think it is unreasonable to ask for payment prior to the order being started as the items we produce are bespoke for each and every customer and whilst we would never intentionally wish to cause a customer embarrassment by missing a deadline it is incredibly difficult to complete a bespoke order the day after the payment has been made.
