Recently BSNL advised us to change from copper wire land line to fibre and also offered internet as a trial pack for one month, the entire package cost us around 588 including gst. But the bill was sent for ₹1124.when called the customer care no 080 26609006, there is no response. Trying since 3 days.
Worst experience, I think they will not improve. Better to have a private connection like jio or Airtel.
Also they charged ₹ 4950 for replacing the cable and router, where other services are giving at a affordable price in range of less thank 2k.

Worst net work for international roaming customer no roaming network available bsnl sim & hard to contact customer service, if luckly conect customer care not fix net work coverage. Bad service no point to remonded.

I had a disappointing experience with BSNL customer service. I called for assistance, but the representative picked up the phone and then left it aside, leaving me waiting with no response. This kind of service is unprofessional and frustrating. I hope they improve their customer support communication.

USERS beawarey 2GB free is a a proverb as you will not be able to use 2MB as no connection in entire TG. I have lost business as many clients tried calling me and BSNL number is not available.
I personally want to come out of BSNL however you can't for 90 days that means you are in danger.
Totally the worst network connection I have ever used! Would never recommend this slow, unstable network connection to anyone. Even though the price is fairly lower than other network service providing companies, there still has to be some decent network activity.This network cant even UPDATE an app without taking several days, just imagine how long it would take to download it! I will NEVER recommend this to ANYONE.

Totally worst network I have ever seen in my life till now , we know that other networks have more charges but network is too much good on calling and using the internet as well .but this BSNL please shut down the company soon only they need money and only they used to tell tower is installing since 3 months bull shit . Please don't buy and sims from bsnl as I used it so .

Network problem is very poor 90 day to I am use BSNL number but not a single day network shown in mobile so we suggest don't PORT or new connection in BSNL

There will be no worst network anywhere in the world. My number has been blocked for the last ten days, so I went to their office, these people took money from me, but the number did not work. Although my number is 5 years old. Now I have no option but to change this number to airtel or jio.9469052226

The worst network ever with the worst customer service. I requested to block my sim card when my phone was stolen but they do not really care about the customers and asked to contact after two days of holidays. I advice people never to go for this network operator.
