I would remember this company and run my mum is a dialysis patient she has waited days to have her boiler check no hot water and no heating they came out said it was a gas value he even said he could smell gas he left did not contact her we have had to contact them they have left no heaters and it looks like another 3 4 days to wait for it to be fixed and that's if they don't change appointments
It's so distressing to think that the most Vunrable are being treated in this way

Today's visit was excellent. Problem solved and the engineer explained to me how my radiators work so that now I can control it better. So much happier

If I could give -stars I would ! This company has council and housing contracts they shouldn't have as they don't have enough engineers ! My boiler went on the Thursday 3rd of November and they can't repair it until Wednesday the 15th of November so nearly two weeks no heating and that's a emergency appointment because my husband and I are vunreble disabled customers!
DON'T USE THEM IF YOUR A COUNCIL OR PRIVATE HOUSEHOLD LOOKING FOR A CONTRACTOR GO ELSEWHERE ! They have the part but only ONE engineer available to fit it !
Worst company
Worst company. Made an morning appointment as I had not hot water. They said they came but no one opened the door. Had to make an evening appointment and they said the same thing. It’s so weird because I was home all day and I opened the door for others all the time.
What an absolute joke
What an absolute joke! My kids could do a better service!! No hot water or heating again, lasts time was 10 days. Same problem and same response. Useless is an understatement. If I treated my customers like this I wouldn’t have a business.

Spoke to a helpful call handler today who was very helpful, her name was Sara, she was very polite and was able to sort my issue very quickly
Waste of time as always
Have had a boiler fitted and 1 month later am still waiting for them to collect the box it came in and all the fluming and old parts just dumped on my front lawn!! Bloody useless!!

We have had them out 10 times to repair our boiler. We have had no hot water for 3.5 weeks.
We have explained to them we need it fixed due to disability within the family but still no joy. I just can't believe how the council and housing associations can use such a poor company.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, person answering the main phone number is incredibly rude. I would be embarrassed if this person was representing my business. Will not be using again once current issue (no heating) is sorted out.

Would of got a zero if possible!! Friday morning service to then be told we need 3 parts for boiler so fair enough but to be told it’ll be at least 5 days before the parts are in is shocking in the age of parts on the shelf or next day delivery!!
It takes some real special kind of imbecile to cut someone’s heating off and hot water without knowing the circumstances of the house holder!!

Terrible company !!! Our water upstairs to run a bath was only coming through warm then the boiler was making all our downstairs electrics trip out . We rang our housing association who subcontract with BSW heating to report it and it was classed as an emergency . He came out within a few hours and the pump in the boiler was broke which was making everything down Stairs trip out . He said he would order the part and could be back tomorrow if it comes in . So we have No heating and No hot water but thought well will only be for a day or so . This happened on wed Thurs came and I gets a phone call finally to say the part is coming in Friday but they won’t be out to fit it till mon afternoon some time . We have 2 little girls one who is Special needs . We have No heating No hot water for the next 4 and a half days . That’s what they class as an emergency Disgusting !!!
They never read their emails
They never read their emails, they must enjoy sending out their engineers on wasted journeys for appointments that you've cancelled by email.
Utter disgrace!
This company needs to be taken out of business, sitting here waiting for someone to come and stop a leak caused by an earlier visit to simply put some lagging on some pipes in the airing cupboard, let me be clear it’s now 12.30 AM!
Was told the person would call after 5pm this evening, no one called, called again about 7pm assured we were third on the list and the person would be here by midnight, called 11.30pm as didn’t trust it, told no this would normally be done by now, the person on the phone called the person who said no this wasn’t on his PDA, so no one was coming, explained not in the mood for lies and as water is actually dripping out the pipes into a bowl caused by them they need to do something. The guy on the call centre said the person wanted to call us to explain how we can fix it ourselves for the night, said no not willing to touch it as have no idea! Asked them to come first call Saturday at 8.00 am as we need to go out, was told no maybe he will try to get here for 10.30(maybe!)
Water still dripping out of pipe and evidently he’s on his way approximately an hour and a half away, not holding out much hope he will show at this point and that would make it 1.30AM.
I’ve only been up since 5.00am this morning and done a full days work and let’s remember there wasn’t a leak at all until they touched the pipes!
Oh to add to this the guy randomly turned up today- not booked as they cancelled the booked appointment on the 23rd with no reason.

Finally got an engineer to visit my property after a bit of confusion .A very polite, professional, engineer arrived and did a very good job, so quite happy its all done thank you BSW .

1 star is too good for this company!!! First they cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice then send two different appointments which we were asked to confirm - when we rang to query this it was hard to get through and we were cut off twice before finally speaking to the rudest call handler you could imagine!!!

Worst company ever. Book an appointment. They don't turn up. They book an appointment. No one turns up. I wish I never had to deal with this "business".
Cannot believe I have to give BSW…
Cannot believe I have to give BSW heating a star to even continue writing this review as I have never experienced such poor service.
Gas boiler service arranged to be told there was a crack in the flue. Boiler turned off for nearly 3 weeks and excuses given for not fixing.
1) need to erect some scaffolding to get to the flue ( why?)
2) will need to hire a ladder (you can borrow my husbands)
3) it will take 2 men 4 hours to repair…
4) cannot do a service after fixing on the day as different engineer for this (same guy who turned the boiler off was fixing the flue)
I could go on…
BSW heating, you really need to look at how you treat customers and just be honest if you can’t do the job rather than give a list of excuses. Would not recommend this company!

These people are appalling.
They arranged an appointment for an afternoon last month which I kept. The man they sent could not seem to understand anything I said, kept asking the same questions over and over even though I answered them. My ex was present and took him down to the basement area and showed him where the gas meter used to be.
Two weeks later BSW demand another gas inspection, first claiming no knowledge of the previous inspection, then telling me that the man came round and I didn't answer the door. Tried to pretend that the chap I let in had nothing to do with them, as if some random stranger would call round asking about my gas appliances the very same day they sent an operative to ask about my gas appliances.
The kicker? There hasn't been a gas supply to my flat for over quarter of a century!
Next time they send a gas inspector round, I'm filming him. Let them try to deny it then!
