HOW ARE THEY STILL OPERATING??
Zero for customer service zero on a whole! This is a week before Xmas and there is 4 hour waits to get through to their disgraceful customer service staff who pretend they can’t hear while muting the phone to them disconnect you! Left with no heating for days now in snow and minus temperatures and am disabled. Clarion housing need to get rid of these asap and give the contract to a proper company who can manage the work load. There is no such thing as an emergency call out with this company they will give you a date to come even if you have no heating and it’s minus five. I really don’t know how clarion housing continue to hire them I can see problems ahead for clarion cos someone who is vunerable and very sick dying in the cold waiting for these shower of people to attend and do what their contracted out to do!
BSW = zero customer support
I got up at 6am to a freezing flat and dead boiler, after many attempts at ringing BSW I was put on hold in 4th position, I reached top spot 1 3/4 hours later by 2hrs 50mins I gave up. I am a pensioner and considered vulnerable and if it wasnt for my very kind neighbour driving a 40 mile round trip to get me a heater I dont know what would have happened. I will be in touch with my local council first thing Monday morning and also highlighting the fact that BSW's complaints are widespread (and nothing to do with Putin), I am in East Sussex.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. WILL BE WRITING TO WATCHDOG/ SOCIAL MEDIA TO SEE IF ANYONE CAN GET AN ANSWER AS TO WHY THIS COMPANY IS SO UNRELIABLE. AND WHAT IS LEWISHAM HOMES DOING ABOUT IT. A BIG FAT NOTHING. BOILER WENT OUT 9AM TODAY TELEPHONED BSW WAITED FOR 47 MINUTES THEN THE PHONE GOT HANG UP. TELEPHONE AGAIN AT 3PM WAS NUMBER 4 IN THE QUEUE. WHEN I GOT TO NUMBER 1 AT 5:16PM AGAIN THE PHONE GOT HANG UP. IM CURRENTLY ON THE PHONE FOR 1HR 52 MINUTES I HAVE BEEN NUMBER 1 FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE CALL YET NO ANSWER. I HAVE A 3 WEEK OLD AND A 7 YEAR OLD. I HAD TO LEAVE MY 7 YEAR OLD AT MY NEIGHBOR FOR THE PASS FEW HOURS MY FLAT IS ABSOLUTELY FREEZING. IM ALMOST ON MY KNEES AND IN TEARS. I HAVE REQUESTED A CALL BACK AS YET HAVE’NT RECEIVED NONE. I HAVE ALSO SENT A EMAIL STILL NO ANSWER.

I've been on the phone every day. I'm told it's been treated as an emergency and has been escalated. My bed is damp in the morning and the condensation on the inside of my windows is frozen. My workplace gave me a heater and hot water bottle. I'm unable to stay in my home any more. My landlord's solution is that I put in a complaint so they can chase it. I'm leaving my home today to stay with family. OUTRAGED doesn't touch how angry I am feeling right now.

So this is update on my boiler repair what joke again, so the 1st guy comes round on the 9th Dec and said the fan needs replacing in the boiler so off he goes orders the part then today 14th Dec another guy comes to fix it to tell us that it's not what's wrong with the boiler, so now I've got to wait more time now I've been without heating or hot water for week, Clarion housing are joke too and won't take any responsibility for the contractors there are using. I HOPE YOU ALL SLEEP AT NIGHT IN YOUR WARM HOMES cause your making other people's lives a mess.

I seriously want to break down and cry now. I have no hot water in my bath for two months and my boiler has also been broken down for the last 3 weeks. Both require parts. My team are short-staffed so I can only take off Mondays for repairs. BSW have informed me that they only replace parts on weekdays. My repair wasn’t seen as an emergency by BSW because if I stood by the boiler I could switch it back on every 5 minutes. Someone did attend eventually from BSW and identified that a new pump was needed but had to be ordered. An appointment was made for today. The boiler finally broke down completely on Friday. I discovered this on returning home late that night. I cannot switch it back on at all. I called BSW upon returning home on Saturday. I was no. 2 in the queue for 30 minutes and no 1 in the queue for another 1 hour 15 minutes. I gave up but I left the option for them to call me back. They returned my call twice ringing only once so I couldn’t answer at 1:00 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. I had no choice but to call back but was reluctant to call do so due to the previous lengthy wait time but after it rung the second time I called back and they answered within 6 minutes. They could not repair at weekends and they could not provide heaters, Todsy the weather is minus 10. My body has been shaking since Friday and now the appointment has been cancelled and reset for Thursday even though I have to work Thursday. There is no end in sight and I am freezing. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and asthma and am extremely vulnerable. My housing provider have escalated this situation at least 4 times to no avail. My appointment was cancelled because one plumber could not turn up? Don’t BSW have more than one plumber? The plumber from my housing provider cannot fix the bath water until the BSW plumber fixes the boiler and the wait goes on. Either way to wait two months to have hot bath water and to have no heating for 3 weeks (as I couldn’t stand next to a boiler every 5 minutes to switch it back on) is simply not good enough.

Been on the phone at number 1 in the que, since 8.15 this morning and also requested call back. NOTHING. I have no heating or hot water and my husband is disabled.

I contacted BSW to inform them that I had no heating at 1pm. The customer service agent that took my details assisted me to work out what the problem might have been with no avail.
I was told that I would be contacted and seen by that evening or the following morning.
I contacted BSW again minutes to 5 and was told there was a handover to the call out team and I would be contacted
My dad who lives with me is a cancer patient which was explained at the time of the call only to be sent a text not a call to say an engineer will attend the appointment on Sunday!
This is outrageous and I cannot believe we will be without heating for 3 days. How can this be? There is a vulnerable adult in my household.
My home is freezing cold and by the way we now do not have any hot water. So now my dad is unable to take care of his wellbeing. I do not want to go into detail of what support I need to assist my dad following his cancer treatment.
I wouldn't actually grade BSW as a 1 star. I would grade no stars whatsoever.

DISGUSTING SERVICE.
This company has left my 78-year-old mother with no heating for 8 days. The pump broke 2 Thursdays ago and overflowed and water came through the ceiling. They simply had to change the pump, which the first engineer could not do as he did not have one. They took 3 days to order the part and booked to replace it on Tuesday. On Tuesday no one turned up. We ran and they said the engineer had flu and said someone would come on Thursday. Again no show and no call. I phoned (Son) and they said the engineer's van had now broken down...Today I ran again as no manager had called back as they promised after I escalated it. We have been told next Wednesday now. With the hope that they will turn up. I think Clarion as a housing organisation should hold accountable their designated contractors (BSW) for how they treat their tenants.
BSW should be ashamed of themselves. It kind of shows why the country is in the state it is when it comes to housing association accommodation and the treatment and safety of tenants.
Look after our venerable. Stop treating people like this!!!

Awful,awful Service. Have had no heating or hot water since Wednesday last week.
Man who originally came and diagnosed problem actually took pictures of part needed to fix boiler.
Man who came to fix yesterday took boiler apart then let me know first guy ordered wrong part!!! Then literally ran out the door supposedly to catch suppliers before they shut. He never came back.
Personnel on phones are patronising and laughing at my situation. Have told me there's only one man in the whole of E17 who's actually working!!!!

I am amazing visit today from BSW Heating, the Engineer’s name was Luke and he was so polite, friendly and so amazing, I am with a housing association and I had a lot of issue with trying to get this leak sorted in my house as it had done a lot of damage, Luke arrived this morning and found the leak straight away and it wasn’t was another contractor from another company said, even thou it’s wasn’t really Luke’s Job to fix where the leak was as it wasn’t the boiler, Luke found the leak, fixed the leak with no questioned asked, my point is Luke could have said it’s not my problem, it’s not for me to fix but he didn’t he just sorted it, Luke has been to my house before to fix a radiator leak and it’s was just as helpful and friendly then too, I would recommend BSW Heating to everyone, BSW are so lucky to have an employee like Luke, he is an asset to the company and he deserve recognition for what he does every day and how hard he works , how caring, polite and understanding he is with the tenets he visits BSW Heating Manager I hope you read this and your give Luke a massive thankyou for all his hard work for you, as he deserves it, thankyou so much for today Luke for how you went out your way to make sure everything was fixed before you left and you came back to check the leak had stopped and turn my boiler back in, you are amazing and left me one happy person, thankyou again and I wish you a very happy Christmas 🙂

I agree with the other comments. An engineer came to my mums to do a ‘routine’ check and he has now left her with no heating or hot water.
I called customer service and the lady didn’t seem bothered! Said she will send someone round - didn’t even take any contact details/address until I made her write it down!
My mum is elderly, diabetics and her property is freezing.

What an awful unreliable company. We have a baby and a person who has had major surgery. And has chronic asthma. The day after having a op and coming home the boiler won’t go on. No heating or hot water for past 3 days. Everyday they sending out an engineer to check the boiler. And have they turned up. No 3 days later we still have not had anyone to even look at the boiler. We have no shower either, so back to the Victorian days of boiling water to have a wash. Maybe tomorrow they might turn up maybe they won’t. Who knows??? Maybe day 4 they might turn up? Wouldn’t have even gave them one star but had to otherwise review wouldn’t work.

Called BSW HEATING - part not in, booked in for Friday - engineer (A) from initial visit to install.
Friday - different engineer (J) attended - fixed problem.
Friday p.m. - boiler not working again.
Called BSW HEATING - left message with CSA (E) - who stated they couldn’t give me a timescale on return call. Hours/days/weeks? Don’t know - advised to await return call.
Friday @ 16:30 BSW HEATING (L) called - engineer will attend between 6:00 pm to midnight, stressed “will be well before midnight!”
Friday 10:00 p.m. Called BSW HEATING (D) for update. Told NO APPOINTMENT booked for tonight, states tomorrow (Saturday) between 8:00 am up till midnight.
Saturday - called BSW HEATING (S) - confirmed todays appointment. Engineer had to cancel last night due to being held up on a gas leak!!!
Asked CSA what time engineer cancelled, stated 10:44 p.m.
DONT TAKE A GENIUS TO WORK IT OUT!

If I could leave 0 stars I would, absolute shocking customer service!! Boiler went down Wednesday, still waiting for an engineer later 2 days later, being told someone will come by the end of the day and no one shows. My daughter is severely asthmatic & just had major surgery & we have a baby in the house. No heating or hot water in the house & being told someone will come Sunday on an emergency call out between 8am - midnight. Absolutely shocking!!!
