Ordered and paid for 4 filing cabinets. Informed next day the price was wrong on the website. Offered a refund or pay the balance of the new price.
Poor customer service, no reduction offered on the new price. Waste of time, sourced the cabinets elsewhere.

All my chairs and filing cabinets come from here. My home office might as well be a mini show room for them. Great products, great service and everyone I have dealt with has been a pleasure to speak to.

My company have used this company for many years for our office needs. They have always provided an exceptional service. This most recent experience has been top notch; from the ordering process where the communication was spot on and queries answered promptly, right through to the delivery where the delivery man went over and beyond. This morning on the A316 and M3 one of their vans drove with complete reckless abandon, intimidated a driver, drove less that a meter from my bumper on the motorway and consistently broke speed limits.

Having struggled to source the exact furniture I required for my home office locally I had to resort to the internet and had the good fortune to stumble across BT Office and one of their sales representatives Dixie Park. Dixie was a delight to deal with, very responsive, knew her product and was very accurate with delivery times. I had to get the desk and side unit delivered overseas which was a worry as it was predominantly glass but everything proceeded without a hitch. Really delighted with the end product and would not hesitate in recommending this company.

Product was damaged and not the same as was on the website. They refused a refund.

Nothing was too much trouble for the representative of btoffice I dealt with (Dixie Park). I had to change my quote requirements several times and it was dealt with speedily and with good grace. The quote was competitive and the furniture is as described, very happy with it. Small issue a day before delivery when a percentage of the desk tops weren't ready for the install date, however I was offered a solution which wasn't needed as this was rectified three days later and didn't cause us any issues. The installation crew from both btoffice and Interiors were fantastic. A job that I expected to take a full working day was completed by lunchtime and all packaging was cleared up and removed. I would definitely use this company again.

Problem with my new chair and BT didn't hesitate to return it to the manufacturer where it was quickly repaired...

Superb Furniture, good personal service, one or two slight problems on delivery which were promptly and professionally rectified.

First experience procuring Chinese manufactured product, the team were friendly and prompt when tendering for the business.
Product was delivered ontime and assembled perfectly.

We were planning a complete office re-fit, I made one simple phone call and the ball was rolling.

They came to our office to measure up and listened to what we were planning & needed (which is very rare these days). Within 48 hours I had a fully designed floor plan and everything priced up. Even when our ‘powers that be’ changed our requirements (and believe me, this happened a number of times) didn’t faze them!!

Their pricing is very reasonable and their team were really friendly and knew what they were doing. We even got help outside office hours and after our main installation was completed.

So has I said - Simply Tremendous. I would highly recommend using these guys!

Large range to choose from, really helpful team at purchase stage and helped me ( a novice furniture buyer ) in every way, including checking that the table system would work in our space. I came across BT Office by googling whilst planning a refurbishment of our Contact Centre. The website was quite good and easy to use but I needed help with pricing. I called and spoke to a lady called Amanda. She was very helpful and informative and we eventually decided on BT Office to be the supplier of our shiny new furniture. I have been quite an awkward customer but Amanda has consistently gone above and beyond and really helped me achieve some very tight timescales. Everybody that I have dealt with at BT Office has been friendly and helpful and the installation team were great too! All in all I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again whenever the need arises. Thank you so much again.
