Needed to exchange an item but they were out of stock and the item is now discontinued (for a current model year item). No problem, I kept the items that fit and sent back the items that didn’t. And they charged me $9 for the return shipping. So make sure they don’t sell out of the size you need before you can send back your items or they’ll stick with the bill.

Poor communication
Poor communication, not clear instructions, had to fill out a form for my return by hand, instead of being able to print off one online. Never sent me correct tracking information until after the shipment was delivered. Very disappointed overall, will not be using them again.

BTO hooked it up. They were unfortunately out of a jersey I had ordered but reached out and offered me a refund or another jersey similar to the one I ordered. I asked about one that was a bit more and offered to pay the difference but they took care of it instead. Pretty great experience.
