I’ve had a wonderful experience at the Bucherer Westfield. Ali always takes a good care of me, even though I keep bothering him with lots of questions and requests. Good services indeed!

We would like to leave an absolutely 5 STAR review of our experience at BUCHERER and all the staff there. I purchased a beautiful aquamarine and diamond ring for my wife and was provided the very best in customer service. J.J and Jo and all the other staff were exceptional . We enjoyed a couple of glasses of complimentary champagne and canapes and had a true buying experience with the staff. If you want something special for someone Special then visit BUCHERER, thankyou guys.

I had an amazing experience at Bucherer Westfield. I have been wanting to build a Rolex collection for a while so contacted Hoda from the Bucherer team.

She has been nothing short of incredible. Invited me to meet the team and experience the store. They offered me a variety of drinks and tasty freshly made desserts whilst I was able to try on beautiful Rolex watches. Everyone was so helpful and caring. Ali was especially fantastic and showed a real passion for the watches.

Great customer service and I would highly recommend. I am looking forward to a long relationship with this company and they should be everyone’s only option when it comes to purchasing fine jewellery and watches.

I usually dislike visiting Jewellers etc. in part as I know little about Jewellery and in part because I’ve never met someone who delivers a truly great buying experience.

I purchased recently a watch I had in mind to add to a small collection; not only did they source it (for which I will be forever thankful), but was kept up to date, given options, advice, no hard sell.
All my questions were answered fully and I am shocked by how knowledgable Jean-Louis is- like a walking encyclopaedia for watches.
He is an asset to any organisation.

Having now received such impeccable service and had a seamless buying experience, I shall be ensuring to buy not only my watches, but also now any fine jewellery from Bucherer / Jean-Louis and Team.

My experience at Rolex was superlative. Volkan's professionalism and ability to build rapport was faultless. His exceptional care and enthusiasm for watches demonstrates outstanding product knowledge, with a guarantee first class experience for customers. I must say, definitely the best service I have ever had. I'd feel guilty purchasing a watch from somebody else.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the One Hyde Park boutique where I was warmly greeted by Hoda Michael and her fantastic team.

Hoda was friendly and professional, which made the experience so enjoyable. She has incredible knowledge of the various pieces in the Rolex collection and her passion shines through - she is a fantastic ambassador for the Rolex brand.

I recently bought a beautiful Rolex Explorer 1 from the Rolex dealership at Selfridges.

It was my first time buying a Rolex and Linda made the process very straightforward and she was very personable and knowledgeable about the Rolex brand.

I Have had the best customer service experience at Selfridges Rolex Bucherer, customer service standard was beyond overwhelming, I was served by a wonderful lady called Laila. Laila first of all takes her role on with pride and makes the experience 2nd to none. I have flew all over the world with my family and purchased luxury goods but in all my years never stumbled on such a genuine and caring sales person. Laila is a real asset to the company and every experience has been a amazing one. My latest experience was for a gift for my father whom is overwhelmed. Since meeting Laila I don’t see myself dealing with any other sales associate even though I have a longer relationship elsewhere. Laila character and customer service and manner is beyond amazing, she has a special gift that will make you always feel part of the Rolex family. If you ever go down to Rolex Selfridges be sure to ask for Laila! I look forward to a long lasting relationship as a crazy watch fanatic.

Every experience within the Selfridges Bucherer Rolex Boutique has been special for me, but my visit last weekend was that EXTRA special - All thanks to the Amazing Alice!

Since my first purchase to my most recent, every meeting with Alice is friendly, informative and a great experience. This time I was not searching for a watch to add to my collection, but one to buy for my mum as a birthday gift and Alice made her dreams come true! Not only did she find the perfect watch, but made the overall Rolex purchase experience so special with a lot of thoughtful and personal touches in addition to the time she took to explain and ensure that the watch was the perfect one.

Alice is truly a remarkable person, a real asset to the brand, Rolex and Bucherer and she always tries her absolute best to deliver and meet expectations. I could not be happier with the service she has provided me over the past few years (and I hope for years to come) and can't be thankful enough for the experience she gave my family on our most recent visit, she made this special occasion even more wonderful.

I was served by laila Afroza in the rolex AD in selfridges, she was so helpful and for once found someone who works for rolex who was personal and helpful, she asked me what I was looking for and told me she would do her best to help me with my hunt, a couple of months later laila messaged me with the good news that my watch was ready to collect and I duly went to collect. Laila’s overall service was impeccable from day one and the after service was great too. Thank so much laila

Harish Pankhania recently helped us with the purchase of a watch when we visited the One Hyde Park store in Knightsbridge. He was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable, providing good information about the watch and your company and answering all our questions. Excellent customer service. We can’t thank him enough and would definitely recommend Harish and Bucherer to our friends and family.

Grace needs a pay rise she so helpful and even though sometimes it’s not good news with the high demand she always has a way of making light of it and she’s does come through with some nice watches always a pleasure coming in to store

I was incredibly grateful to get a call for a collection of a new Rolex from the wonderful people from Bucherer. Like many, this was a call I had been waiting for for sometime. Having had a couple of pretty awful experiences with other AD's, walking away feeling dejected, I was a little apprehensive. However, the staff at Bucherer never for one moment made me feel like I don't belong in the boutique. They're a fantastic bunch and really attentive. This was the experience I had imagined but feared I would never receive. Great coffee, great chat, I really can't thank the team enough and look forward to one day making another purchase.

Fantastic experience, Jean-Louis at Rolex Selfridges store have given me a 5 stars experience. He is very polite kept me updated during my wait. And given me a very details care instruction. Although as expected it took 6 months for the watch to arrive, however its well worth the wait. If you want to buy a Rolex watch in London go find Jean-Louis.

I have been dealing with the lovely Diana at this store . I am an avid collector of watches and just purchased 3 lovely pieces in the past month . An amazing selection of pieces and Diana and all the staff are so friendly and knowledgable and helpful . Really recommend this store. An amazing experience visiting the one Hyde Park Rolex store. Met with Harish, Mary and other staff members who were all very knowledgeable and experienced. finally got to collect my dream watch that I have wanted for so long!
