to be honest this is my favorite shop in london zivile is the best she is very kind and iam always loyal to this shop

also the branch manager is very friendly and co cooperative they are so kind and professional

All staff have been pleasant on each visit, but Helen goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional service everytime. She remembers each detail and really goes that extra mile to ensure a personal interaction each time! Thanks so much for all your help Helen!

I can’t express how amazing my experience was with Alice. This is my second watch with her and her patients, attention and ability to make you feel welcomed is unquestionable. Both occasions she has come through and has been the reason I have enjoyed my birthdays. The thoughtfulness to put that into consideration is what makes her amazing.

I always love visiting the Covent Garden boutique. Staff are all lovely and helpful even when you may not be immediately ready for a purchase. I specifically have had an amazing experience with JJ who always listens to my needs. She recently helped me get a beautiful piece and the whole experience from my request to coming to the shop to pick it up was wonderful.

Last year I visited the Covent Garden branch seeking a specific Zenith model. Joel received me (without an appointment) and kindly suggested that I visited the Selfridges showroom, since they didn't carry Zenith on his store.

At Selfridges, I was politely received by Su, who regretted not having the model I was looking for available but kindly offered to take my details. A few days later, Su called with positive news. Brilliant buying experience at Selfridges, including my second visit to adjust the bracelet.

A month later, I received an invitation from Su to attend a Bremont event in London which unfortunately I couldn't attend - nonetheless, it was a nice gesture from Bucherer.

A few months later, my wife and I returned to the Covent Garden store, looking for a christimas gift for her. Janaina received us exceptionally well, going through a few options until we arrived at a Rolex OP that hit all our requirements.

Since that occasion, Janaina has provided an outstanding after sales experience which encouraged us to return to Bucherer for my birthday present. Once again, Janaina delivered a personal experience and within a few days I had the model I was looking for (and a valentine's gift as a bonus).

We feel valued as customers and wouldn't hesitate to return to Bucherer for our next watch or jewellery.

I was introduced to Bucherer Covent Garden by a family member and I have been happy with the service. Zivile always is a pleasure to deal with, helpful and very professional.

I was lucky enough to be looked after by 2 amazing people in bucherer selfridges. Bobby in rolex and Danilo in the fine jewellery. 2 ultra friendly and professional guys that went above and beyond to help me and my wife to be ready for our big day in the summer, very grateful and will for sure be back to see them again in the future.

I met Afet 4 weeks ago. I got a lovely phone call from her yesterday saying my watch had arrived. From the moment I met her (when I originally walked into the store) to collection today, she has been courteous, caring, customer centric, and a thoroughly nice person to work with. My item arrived and she has just been so amazing to work with. She really is an asset to your business. Thank you Afet for all of your help.

Walked in the Westfields store looking for a Rolex entry model for my son. Family tradition of first Rolex at 21. Unfortunately they didn’t have what I wanted in stock so Diana took my details and promised to contact me if my something similar comes in soon. I forgot all about it. A month after I get a message from Diana and I went in and bought a nice piece for my son, the service was so good that a few days after, I went back and bought another watch for myself!! Thanks Diana and Katia!!

I was browsing at the Westfield store and didn’t end up buying anything on the day however the service received was great, everyone was very welcoming and friendly! The sales associate I spoke to, unfortunately I can’t remember her name was so helpful and had a lot of knowledge on the jewellery I was interested in with a friendly attitude.

I bought a Rolex Bucherer in Kensington was served by Afet sales executive from meeting to greeting me o felt the whole experience was amazing
Made me feel very comfortable helped and assisted me with my needs in chose in the right watch

I went into the store to make a couple of purchases, and as always Diana was an utmost excellent assistant. Her extensive knowledge of the products is incomparable, as well as her customer service being outstanding. She is a very very helpful individual, who is also kind and caring with her mannerism. Kudos to Bucherer for having her, she’s an invaluable asset to the company.

Went into the Westfield store the other day and I was served by Diana. I would like to congratulate Bucherer on such an excellent sales representative, perfect service and attention to detail. She understood my vision and through her experience I was able to purchase the perfect piece.

I was looked after by the fantastic Diana who also introduced me to the lovely managers Hoda and Carly who where both extremely professional, hospitable and kind.
