I received a bottle of guess parfume…

I received a bottle of guess parfume and after a few times using it the straw inside the bottle came detached from the spray button. I emailed customer service and after sending them a couple pics of the bottle they sent me a return label to mail parfume back and sent me a new bottle. Very helpful and I m so happy w the customer service I recieved!

They won't refund you timely if at all

I have noticed few times over the last year that they didn't refund me at all, so this time I decided to chase my refund and make sure I'm refunded for returned item they received on January 10th. Today it's February 8th and they still haven't refunded me. They keep giving me excuses how refunds are processed based on how many returns they received, how it will take up to 10 days, how your bank will take up to 3 days, etc. It seems they give you a lot of lies. They used to be good, but based on their decision to not process refunds anymore, I wouldn't shop with them.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Been waiting on the phone for half hour to get information on a return they received over a week ago and I still do not have my refund.

The Buckle disintegrating Jacket

Bought a BomberJacket about 3 years ago at the Buckle, paid a pretty penny for it, looked and fit nice, after first year noticed the leather peeling. Thought it odd but, the Jacket continued to deteriorate. Reached to company and they indicated nothing they could do, been to long since purchase. I am at a point know I can't even ware it as the pieces of the "so called leather" fall off. The Buckle employees are no help and I have a worthless coat. I would not even donate this. It is disappointing that a company with there price line would sell something that will not last. I can never recommend th Buckle.

I have tried calling several times and…

I have tried calling several times and get hung up on! When I do get a representative, they can’t speak English. I’m trying to get the correct order they sent me the wrong stuff for a Christmas gift! Never again!

Thieves. Gaslighting

Thieves, the bankers when you pay in full do not disclose the late fee on phone. So you pay. No need to babysit. Why not give me the oppurtunity . Why not say my bill is past due. So it hits next month. Gaslighting Sob s say because it does not comeout till next month. Banking Bs. It was due 6 days and could have been paid. Gaslighting. So a paid in full bill now 75USD. Im done with this company. Get a better financer. I pay my bills in full to prevent crap like this.
As I research buckle it seems their business is collspsing. They are narrowing margins and every greedy squeeze to attempt to show profitability to its holders. It is a weak investment. Their brick and mortar stores are failing. They are fsiling at winning online. They hsve max prices. Their supply chain is unstable. Tariffs hurt them with yheir already premium pfice.The market is volatile. Their profit and theft have their inevitable consequences.

Horrible return experience.

Buying online is always risky. Returning at the Buckle is a joke. They want 7-10 days to process your return after they receive it as if they only have one person working in their return section. I had to bug them to get my return processed after spending the $6.95 to return it. Never again, if I can't trust the return process; I can't order from them.

Wow, excellent customer service

Wow! I had such a great experience with The Buckle (Leawood, KS) the last 3 times I have visited. The first was with my son where we purchased some t-shirts that he wanted for school. Amazing experience. The last couple of times I was in was to exchange a pair of jeans which was so easy. While I was there, I was looking for some jeans for my husband. The manager that helped me was so great! I ended up purchasing 3 pairs of jeans. The guidance was appreciated. I will go there from now on to purchase any jeans. They were helpful, polite, energetic. I can't say enough great things. When I had to order online my purchase came quickly. I couldn't be happier!

Tired of getting harassed!

Clothes are very stylish, however every time I step foot into this place I get harassed by the employees! I just want to browse around and see if I come across anything I like, but they come up trying to sell me something! Even when I say I’m just wanting to look around, they make me feel pressured. It’s so bad that I just end up walking out.

I shop here frequently

I shop here frequently. I love the jeans and capris and they even hem them in house for no extra cost. the jeans are a little pricey but they last a long time. love Miss Me jeans and Rock Jeans

DO NOT GET YOUR PANTS HEMMED HERE

I got my pants hemmed here because I wanted capris and they didn't have any. They told me their seamstress went to college, if that's the case she should ask for her money back because she did a horrible job. The stitching was loose, the stitching wasn't even straight and she made them way longer than what the pants were pinned at. I will never get my pants hemmed here again.

The Jeans That Smelled Like Regret

I wanted to love these jeans I bought from Buckle. I tried to love these jeans. But every time I put them on, I was transported to the back booth of a dingy dive bar or where someone named Misty chain-smoked camel non filters while doing laundry once a season. They look amazing, but they smell like a cautionary tale.

I’ve washed them. I’ve soaked them. I summoned vinegar, baking soda, and the holy light of the sun, and they STILL smell like someone else’s bad decisions.

Buy if you dare. But know this: the jeans you buy from Buckle might come with emotional baggage.

Beware! Money Racket Scheme

This company will give you a credits card, easily, but they will charge you $30 late fee for $41 dollar bill. Plus, not only that. They charge you $2 for a paper bill and won't let you go paperless if you are late, so the fees just stack up.

Pure disappointment

I purchased several items of clothing, knowing that I would probably not keep everything. Isn't that the idea? I immediately began the refund process after trying on everything. It took my package days to arrive, and then many days for them to even acknowledge that they had received the package and everything was in order. That is nerve wracking when it's almost $400 worth of clothes. I contacted their CHAT and they provided a canned response. Strangely, after I chatted with them, they immediately acknowledged the receipt of my items. Of course, then it takes 3-5 business days to see the refund--depending on your bank. That's a lie. It depends on them not issuing the refund. They literally hang on to your money so they can maximize their accounts and get the interest. I will never ever again order anything on line from Buckle. And I am a life long Buckle fan. Thanks for ruining it for me. The clothes were cute, by the way, but the fabric did not look like it would hold up in washing.

EGift Card Never Sent

I purchased an egift card and it didn't get sent to my sister's email. I sent them a request to resend and it still didn't get to her. Called the number and every time they transferred me to loss prevention, I get a voicemail. They have called back twice when I haven't been available and I've tried calling back multiple times but continue to be sent to a voicemail. Is this place a scam?

The worst and very unhelpful

The worst and very unhelpful. 1) I recently made a purchase earlier this month and said it was delivered on 2/10 though the address in the shipping was 1424 and I must have put in 1414 by mistake with my apartment number on it. I get that was my mistake but the apparent address it was at was told they gave it back to FedEx because of the wrong address and they say there is nothing they can do and I am out 75 dollars. I do get that was partially my fault but with the amount of money that I have spent online and in-store over the years is insane that they can not help me.

2) I order online often and several times I have received my package and the item still has the security tag on it. This has happened multiple times and is very inconvenient.

3) the fact that they have shipping fees even when you spend 75 dollars is just kind of ridiculous especially if you are a card member there should be a zero-dollar shipping fee many companies that I have either rewards programs with or credit cards through offer free shipping for members.

It definitely will make me think twice before making further purchases from this company and trying to just directly find these items from their company or another company that carries them.

This is what made my experience great I love going to the one at Stoneridge in Pleasanton the manager over there Jennifer A she is so awesome. She worked with me on all my needs from ordering sizes hemming everything. She is a great manager. I would recommend anybody to go there and work with her.

I agree with all the others about their return procedures or lack there of. Its going on 10 days now and still no sign of the price back on my bank account yet. Ive Never dealt with any company before that would take this long, and i even called them 2 days ago to see if they received the jeans back yet and they claimed "Yes" they have. Well so whats the freaking hold up!!
