Will never buy again

I have been buying Buckle jeans for 14 years. I recently purchased jeans washed them and realized they were damaged they looked tie-dye. I didn’t pay attention when I threw them in the wash however all of my Other jeans were fine. They weren’t even the color I originally ordered but I was going to deal with it. Customer service was awful. And I was dealing with corporate! I sent pictures as requested via email and basically was told I did it myself, they accused me of bleaching them and that the jeans would never come like that. They refused a refund or a credit. The quality of the jean is horrible compared to what they used to be. Who doesn’t back up their product? Who treats customers this way? They should be ashamed of themselves. I will never shop there again. Looking at all the other reviews it’s clear this company has gone downhill, what a shame.

Bad customer service

I bought jeans the week before and received them in the mail.. very happy! Three of the pairs fit very tight and I needed to return them for a exchange.. the manager made me feel like I was doing something wrong for bringing the jeans back .it felt like I was bothering her helping me with return.. I love Buckle jeans . I’m not happy with my experience , customer service was the worst I’ve had from this store..her attitude towards me was inexcusable. I’ve been buying jeans from the cross gate store for at least 15 years. These are the only jeans I wear the Tyler style . It’s a shame I was treated like a nobody

I've been wearing bke for about 15…

I've been wearing bke for about 15 years and I do like the new stretchy material. But they only last 1 or 2 years and when you order them on line the same pant, with the same size can run an inch differents on the width.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Five attempts made to return a pair of jeans purchased online - two via phone and three emails. First phone call placed on hold 58 minutes! Ridiculous! Provided order number, purchase date and amount, shipping address and email. Apparently due to an error in the email they were too inept to search the purchase a different way, and then had the audacity to write a rude comment. Two weeks later... Poorly staffed and managed! I will NEVER purchase again! Goodbye Stella!

Honest company!

They were quick to ship kept me updated and informed, when I received my package 1 thing didn't fit but the rest did so I took it back to my local store, they didn't have the size they ordered it online for me and had it to me in 3 days also it was $7.00 more than the one I purchased they never even charged me for the difference. That's an honest company!

I can no longer call Customer Service…

I can no longer call Customer Service and place a order because I dont have a reserved credit card on line!?
I HAVE NEVER DONE ON LINE ORDERS WITH THEM OR ANYONE ELSE FOR THAT MATTER BECAUSE I DONT TRUST ON LINE ORDER SIGHTS.I have ordered from them like this for years. Soo they lost money.

The quality of these jeans has gone way…

The quality of these jeans has gone way down hill in the past 5 years. They used to cost about $100 but they would last for years! The pair I bought a week ago, for $70, fell apart on the first day. The button literally was hanging on by a string. I couldn’t believe it! They also couldn’t order the correct size for me. Why would you not be able to order my size? It makes no sense and I have a very common size! I thought this was an isolated incident but I’ve now heard multiple people say their buckle jeans ripped on their first time putting them on. I returned the jeans no problem which is the only reason I gave 2 stars. Save your money and go somewhere less expensive or a better quality!

My favorite jean store is no longer my favorite

Wow, so disappointed. Buckle has always been my go to, for jeans. Not anymore, the jeans split right next to the back pocket after only wearing them a few times. I didn’t keep my receipt but all I was asking for was to exchange them for the same exact jeans. The manager said no, and then added that sometimes using fabric softener could cause the jeans to tear. I don't use fabric softener. Terrible product support. Sadly my favorite jean store is no longer my favorite.

I made an online purchase

I made an online purchase. I live 1 1/2 hours from the closest store. I spent several hour picking out 8 items for my upcoming vacation. I used Paypal 4 payment plan. I paid $75.00 upfront with the rest being paid over 6 weeks. My transaction went through my bank account. A few days later I received a refund. They rejected my order! Never sent me an email or anything. What a waste of time! Now I don't have what I need for my trip. I have purchase so much from the buckle over the years. I have filled more punch cards then I can count. Never again. Terrible service!!

I have bought BKE

I have bought BKE jeans that lasted years. Now they dont last 3 months. To whom ever listens, the jeans are going the wrong the wrong direction. Your jeans were the best and well worth the price. No longer =(

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the supervisor regarding his approach with me . Disgusting skills. He was not listening and I wanted to exchange the jeans and asked if they had any sort of discount because I paid 90 dollars in customs and shipping. They also stat on website free shipping . He kept repeating himself about the shipping costs. I spent 290 and get treated poorly. going forward I will return my jeans from Canada and will never shop here again was going to order the new size. Very u fortunate cause I really enjoyed this store when I went in Nashville. And the phone call got disconnected hmmm. You should probably look into that supervisors terrible customer service skills .

0 stars for website, 5 stars for items

I am giving them 0 stars for their order update or cancelation process. I accidentally ordered wrong size, noticed it right away, contacted customer service, and instead of being able to update or cancel the order, I, instead, had to receive the order, then, ship it back via USPS. They have great items, but their website needs updating to be more user friendly, especially now in Amazon era, where canceling, updating, and receiving the order is very easy and goes very fast.

BUCKLE SUCKS!

Ordered two pairs of pants. Didn't wear one pair because the crystals came off and i was thinking of sending them back to get a new pair. Then COVID hit so i couldn't take them to the store and just decided the crystals weren't that important. I wore no more than 10 times in the subsequent months. One pair was fine, the other then split near the back pocket on the butt. Tried to get a warranty replacement but because it had been more than a year since i purchased them they would not offer replacement or refund. I have known other people who have taken stuff back without a receipt, exchanged for a different size, etc. They couldn't even warranty one pair of pants, with the receipt. NEVER AGAIN!!!! THEY SUCK AS A COMPANY IF THIS IS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY PROVIDE.

Becca is an amazing employee!

In Missoula, Montana at the Southgate mall, an employee named Becca was probably the nicest and kindest person I have ever met. I wish everyone was like her. She should be praised or promoted for how awesome she is. She makes customers smile from the moment they walk in. She helped me pick out clothes when I didn't know what to wear, and she got me various sizes and options without me asking. I am speechless. I am not used to people being kind to me, so Becca made my entire week. I'll probably never forget that experience. I wish I had friends like her. Thank you so much.

I ordered a rock revival white belt…

I ordered a rock revival white belt size 34 it came and was like a size twenty eight then I had to spend more money to ship it back then I have to wait for them to receive it before they process my refund trash never again plus they going to say it can take up to a few weeks really so y’all going to take my money and flip it a million times before I get mines

Unprofessional- Terrible Experience

During this current financial climate, customer loyalty should be like gold. No customer should have a bad customer experience right now. Unfortunately, my husband & son had a horrible experience and have vowed to never shop at Buckle again. Which is sad because they both loved that store before today’s experience. After shopping in Buckle Easton Ohio for 40 minutes, they stood in line to make their purchase. The man in front of them had issues w/ his credit card, which lead to an extended wait. When it was finally their turn, like the man before him, my husband’s buckle credit card was also declined. He was confused because the card held no balance and the limit was raised just the day before. The associate called the call center & after 10 minutes of dealing w/ them, left the store in frustration without purchasing anything.

From his car he called customer service again and even though he provided his card number and his SSN, they asked him several Additional security questions. After answering all of them correctly, the associate put him on hold to verify. When they associate gets back he tells my husband you didn’t answer the questions correctly and your card has now been closed. My husband is understandably confused and asks to speak with a manager. The associate says “you can apply again, thanks for calling” then unceremoniously hangs up. He does not transfer him, he does not attempt to resolve the issue, he simply hung up. We could not believe it! I urged him to call back but he absolutely refused - he was so upset. Now, he vows to get his clothes from ANYWHERE but Buckle. Absolutely terrible experience. They should be ashamed!!!!!

I bought a 170.00 pair of jeans from…RIPPED UP AND RIPPED OFF

I bought a 170.00 pair of jeans from them, yes I purchased them back in 2017 but the day after I wore them they ripped out the whole butt. I called manager from the store
I bought them from and he told me don't worry about it return them "anytime" you need to and we will refund your money or exchange them. We'll now the manager on up to people at corporate offices are so rude and disrespectful I would Never recommend this store to anyone. They don't keep their word and they treat people like we are all lying. So I guess I just gave them 170 dollars for nothing other then being brought to tears and feeling used. Don't EVER GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.
