Disappointed!!

I am a tall women and it is very hard to find jeans that are long enough for me that actually look good on me. Once I started shopping at Buckle I was very impressed with their jeans however I found on most jeans I have bought from them end up with holes in them around the back pockets. I just bought another three pairs about 2 months ago and it's already happened in all of them. Love the jeans, they look great on me but they just don't last long. I expected a better quality from Buckle

I used to love buckle

I used to love buckle. But recently I purchased a pair of $200 Rock Revival Jeans and then realized the zipper is all the way to one side. You can't tell until you wear them. Everyone knows the zipper should be dead center between the two front belt loops. It's bad when somebody points out something that obvious also knowing you paid $200 for it. Also they're closed just do not last and with the price tag that they have that is unacceptable. I do believe I am done with buckle.

I was at the Buckle at Cherryvale Mall…

I was at the Buckle at Cherryvale Mall Rockford ILLINOIS, I have shopped this location since my kids where teenagers and now are grown men, I love this store and the employees!
I overheard the manager giving praise to a employee on what a great job she was doing even on this busy Saturday she took time to give that pat on the back!
Then that same manager that checked me out at the register
she was super friendly and suggested a game to play over Christmas,Which I have looked up and we are going to play it! This is great customer service! So I will continue to shop my local buckle where we still get that midwest customer service! Thank you for making my Christmas shopping so much fun,and I did spend alot of money at your store to support local shopping! Merry Christmas!

DO NOT buy their Hurley/Nike Dri-fit…

DO NOT buy their Hurley/Nike Dri-fit exclusively for the Buckle. I bought a few of the polo-style shirts and even with a gently cycle wash and hang-to-dry (as recommended by the store), they still fray and eventually have small holes in the material. These are $60.00 shirts that can only be worn and washed 6 times at best. The Buckle won't exchange them because by the time you wear them 5 or 6 times, they are "too old" (it's even obvious its defective and clearly their brand!)- - I won't ever go to the buckle again, and recommend you don't either!

Where do I start

Where do I start. I recently went to the store for my daughters. And dropped almost $500 in clothes. They had a really good experience. I enjoyed that shopping trip so much I decided to go back for myself. The staff did not listen to what I was looking for. Bringing me exactly what I had not wanted crop type shirts. Things are tied in the front. Loose fitting clothes. I managed to find a couple of shirts I liked. I gave it to one of the staff members. and instead of putting them aside for me apparently they put them away. leaving only the stack of clothes I did not want to purchase. They start scanning for check out. As I go through I said no no no no this is not what I wanted. They could not find the five shirts I had picked out. and remembering at least one of them brought me the wrong size with a stain on it so when I got home I found a shirt with a stain on it that I had not picked out. I will likely not be going back.

it was a great experience. the workers were very helpful and made sure i was taken care of and i was finding what i wanted. they were very friendly and gave me options when they saw my style. 5/5 experience

Poor Business and Worse Customer Service

I am extremely frustrated. I bought my mom a belt as a birthday gift from Buckle back in March. After receiving no communication about that status of the belt, I reached out in April inquiring on its status. I was told because of Covid and the store being closed that the belt would be shipped out when the store opened. I was understanding and patient because of Covid. Mind you I was charged for the belt in March. However, It is now September and I have received no belt and no communication. I was on a call with a customer service rep today who could no long send me this belt since it was now out of stock and only offered me to refund it- nothing extra for the poor business or the fact that they have helped on to my money since March. She additionally blamed me to be accountable since I hadn't reached out since April but then told me to be understanding because of Covid. Yet they took my money and gave me no form of communication on my order, I was patient because of Covid, then I get blamed for being patient because of Covid. Absolutely horrible customer service and I didn't even get the belt for my moms birthday. I liked this brand, but will never support this brand again due to their poor business and even worse customer service.

Disgusting and Discriminatory female staff!

I am disgusted with the service I received. Well you couldn’t even call it service!! I’ve gone to the store MULTIPLE times and ZERO greetings I’ve walked around the entire store to finally see an employee and have to ASK them where the specific brand is and then nothing! this is unacceptable! No matter the size or what the customer is dressed like you should greet them, ask what they are looking for and then pull options and start a dressing room!!!! That has NEVER happened at any time I’ve been in!!
This time was worse!! Employees sitting around gossiping and noticed I had a hand full of clothes to try on that I picked out myself. Two girls who won’t leave behind the counter to help anyone and another girl in a tube top who ignored me to go flirt with guys!!! I had to go and find a guy employee to open and Girls dressing room! I literally left bawling!! I don’t care if I’m a size 25 or a 35 you help your guy at!! Because I was in athletic clothes and not skinny I was over looked again! This is so disgusting and discriminatory!!

Derek...Gallaria Mall Dallas Texas

I want to take a moment to commend Derek at the Buckle on the Galleria Mall, Dallas Texas. I am from a Louisiana but travel extensively and a couple times a a month I visit this store and Derek is alway the lost attentive and customer oriented to myself snd to other customers. As a person that is self employed, I value his traits and he is an asset to the Buckle

Bought a pair of expensive jeans...you…

Bought a pair of expensive jeans...you know! Anyway, they tore right in the middle of the jeans, not on a seam, so not fixable. Anyway, called customer service and was told they do not guarantee their items. WTH??? You charge me $178 for a pair of jeans only worn a few times and you can't even guarantee your cheap products??? Not for me. I will NEVER shop with The buckle again. Very upset.

Jeans

Absolutely love my Buckle jeans! The fit is perfect, super comfortable, and they have just the right amount of stretch while still holding their shape. The quality is top-notch, and they feel like they’ll last a long time.

I also love the variety of styles and washes—there’s something for every occasion. Whether I’m dressing them up or keeping it casual, they always look amazing. Definitely my go-to jeans from now on! Highly recommend!

I bought 2 pairs of their jeans

I bought 2 pairs of their jeans. All of my tops started getting holes in them. I did complain at the store and they agreed to give my money back for the jeans. But would not do anything about the damage to my tops. One brand new top I only wore 2-3 times before I had to throw it away. I took me a while to figure out it was the jeans eating my tops.

Spent over 300 dollars at the easton…

Spent over 300 dollars at the easton location and had a shirt ordered to be there within 3-5 days. It was in my city then shipped away 70 miles for whatever reason. Call customer support only to have to wait another week for my shirt. Very upset

THE WORST STORE EVER!!

This by far is the worst store ever to purchase from. Bought jeans had them altered by them, they screwed it up and expect me to keep jeans when they altered it wrongly. Never ever buy their products!

Spencer, Iowa

i was at the store in spencer iowa recently and was humiliated by a staff member. i was there for a new outfit to wear to my upcoming birthday dinner and sabrina made me feel like i was too fat to fit in any of the clothes there. i would take something to the fitting room and felt eyes on me the whole time i was in the store. when i was in the room, i heard laughing and whispering after i asked for a larger size from sabrina. on my way out, i heard her say to try the tractor supply store and called me a cow . it was the first and probably only time i will be at buckle . i couldnt believe i was treated that way for no reason . it ruined my birthday . i will post a review on yelp google and bbb and will gladly be a problem for this sad company until i know she is fired and wont treat another person so badly again .

someone named shannon reach out to me and seemed like she didn’t care at all . she was apathetic and was all about the money saying ‘you should come back and just don’t talk to sabrina, instead have someone else help you pick something out’ i was appalled that we are going to defend sabrina’s awful actions and invite me back for it to happen again ! i couldn’t believe it and have made multiple ignored attempts to reach out to upper management or the ceo to handle it and because i have been ignored and further humiliated by buckle, i know that sabrina’s terrible actions that day really do reflect the company . every single person i did manage to speak to was awful in customer experience and was almost just as bad as sabrina . if you want to give your money to and support the worse people in the world , keep shopping at buckle .
