Budget Exterior, under their President and owner Lou Milano, Did a botched job and caused more damage to our roof and home. The company has been out five times to fix our roof and it is still leaking.

Budget exterior is a front for Lou they have businesses in Lawrence, Saugus, Woburn Massachusetts, also in Pelham, New Hampshire .

Budget Exterior does not know how to fix roofs. Do not do any business with Budget Exteriors .

Budget Exteriors replaced three windows in my home a few years ago. I am writing this now because the sales rep I worked with just called to make sure I don't have any other projects I want to start on and to make sure I am happy with my windows. I told him that these windows were a lifesaver. I had never had good quality windows in the houses I lived in until I bought my own. Three years later and they look amazing and I can honestly say that the heat bill over these past winters has gone down quite a lot. Plus, the investment was a good one when thinking of resale value of the home. But the service of the sales rep was so great. He was such a sweetheart through everything and even got the company to wrap a window for free - one that wasn't even being replaced, just cause it looked so hideous in comparison to the other new ones. I wanted to share my positive experience instead of always only sharing the negative for once since most people are like me and only do this when they are not satisfied. So I do recommend them, and highly suggest Chris if you have a chance to meet him!
