Shipped to the Wrong Address
Be warned, if you choose to purchase using PayPal, you will not be asked to input a shipping address, so if you intend to send it to someone else's home (or the address linked to PayPal is old) your order will be shipped to the wrong place. The moment I placed the order online, I noticed the incorrect address and changed it in my account on the Budsies website, which was a full 5 weeks before it shipped. They still shipped it to the incorrect address, saying that account change applies only to future orders and that there was nothing they could do until (IF) the package was returned to them.

The service was great! They responded at a reasonable time and kept me informed. If I had any questions, they responded. I spent a little more to get a sneak peek. When I had a revision for them, they corrected it. Super easy to work with.

AMAZING!!! My son is autistic and spends alot of time drawing his own versions of my singing monsters so for Christmas this year I decided to turn one into a plushie as he is also very fond of plushies. He hasn't received it yet since its not Christmas yet but I am beyond excited and pleased with the result! It is much better than I had hoped! I really enjoyed being kept informed of every step along the way.

Disappointed
Item created was an interpretation of the creation submitted. Returned was a similar face, colors were ok, and fabric was soft. However, the movement of the original is entirely absent from the arms to the legs. Bad form…rather no form at all, strictly stiff & stagnant.

Our plushies don't necessarily have the same movement as clay figure character like you submitted, since they're a different material. Our plushies are stuffed well with hypoallergenic polyester to make sure it lasts as long as possible!

Quality is fantastic
Quality is fantastic! Came out so well. Only small complaint is wish the mustache on the stuffy would have been attached to the stuffy for a little further than it was. But 10/10 recommend. And will be having another drawing come to life through this company. The wait is a little long but bad. Again, quality was so great and well worth the wait.

Love my plush but things to note.
My budsie took a long time. I first put in the order in June and I've only just now received him in October. The original estimated shipping date was in August. Bear in mind, I am in Canada, but even still taking 2 extra months to get to me got me rather nervous.
Other thing is, as any other review might tell you for budsies, the finished product is not going to be 100% what you envisioned. They are a bigger company and therefore are more likely going to make some design decisions that you may not have made would you be making it yourself. I went in deciding I'd be okay with this, but also made sure to pay extra for their revision service.
I do love my plush, but the process of getting him brought some anxieties and there are indeed some aspects I would change should I have known about them.
