If I could give these guys no stars that would be ideal. I made a purchase which never arrived. I neglected investigating them before I did so. The website is for allcladusasale.com but you will find buena deal lurking under the “contact us” section. The only way to contact them is via email and they never respond. I still see my order and payment confirmation under “my orders” in the website. The good news is that I used PayPal and was able to get a refund.

Buyer Beware, read all reviews, if something seems too good to be true it probably is a scam. My questions are to do with the fact that they have not been shut down by the FBI. It's internet FRAUD. Thank goodness I did not order anything after reading reviews.

I placed a order on October 6th and haven’t been able to get in touch with them since. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. They are a FRAUD, A SCAM!!!!

Ordered a tent from them. Thank goodness I used PayPal! Got a refund within 5 minutes of contacting them. Thought I was ordering from colemanequipment.com
After researching tracking information and doing a little investigating I realized the tracking made absolutely no sense and the website was actually coolmanequipment.com.

Thought I had found a site selling Traeger, I wish I had looked at the about us and researched Buena Deals. At the price I expected returns or damaged, but I am fairly handy and thought it was worth a try. When my confirmation ended up in spam because the email it purported to be from didn't exist I contacted PayPal and filed a complaint. I verified a bad email by trying to cancel the order, it won't go through.
The site is an exact copy of the Traeger.com site except for the customer service and about us links.

My first purchase was a handheld electric chain saw. I never received I have called many many times sent e mails lots of times. I received a 6 inch little chain in which I sent back letting them know I didn't order this. Never received a response. I called left recording asking for my money back. Never heard a word. This place is a scam. Don't order anything you won't get it. I don't know how they get away with with this. They need to be shut down CROOKS.

THIS IS DISGRACEFUL. WHY HASN'T GOOGLE BEEN CONTACTED BEFORE NOW. How sneaky to have a corporate style email address and then steal your money. Unbelievable. I thought I was on the ALL CLAD website. They have plagiarized the company LOGO, STOCK PHOTOS ETC. AWFUL.
SHAMEFUL NO ONE IS MONITORING THIS TRUST PILOT AVENUE.

This company apparently has multiple online storefronts and are 100% a scam. The website I used was Le Creuset Clearance-USA. It has the actual Le Creuset logo at the top and hundreds of Le Creuset products listed at drastically reduced prices. That should have been the first giveaway that this is a scam since Le Creuset rarely discounts their product this much. When I submitted my order and paid through PayPal, it didn’t return me to the purchasing site like a normal site would. Instead, I got confirmation that my payment was made to an individual named Jessica Cockrell. Immediately I knew something was up and attempted to cancel with PayPal, but it was too late. I researched further on the site and that is when I found out that the site was run by Buena Deal. I have submitted a dispute with PayPal and will also contact Visa. I also reached out to Le Creuset to let them know of this scam site.

Company doing business as LeCreuset-us as if it is a subsidiary of LeCreuset.com- one order was duplicated 10 times- 2 actually processed through PayPal who wouldn’t cancel transactions. The email was in Chinese and had to get translation from PayPal to dispute orders- no reply. No reply from Customer Service either. And no process to cancel an order. It is a fraudulent company

I never received the correct product. Countless emails sent with no response from Buena Deal, and their customer phone line is never answered. I spent over $30 and did not receive the item I ordered. This has been unresolved for 4 months!

This company is completely disreputable. Their product descriptions are fraudulent, and they have no customer service. They have given no response to my request to return the item I purchased.

Wish I could give negative stars. Pretty much same experience as everyone else. Ordered RTIC product, never received it, and currently fighting to get my money back because they provided a tracking number for something that was delivered in our mailbox - but obviously not a very large, hard body cooler.

SCAM ALERT - Intex Pool ordered. I wish I would have looked this up prior to placing the order. Investigation has been submitted for this purchase.

Placed a substancial order back in Jan or Feb and it just came in after 6 months. At least 4 times I tried reaching out to the company to cancel the order because no where did it state it would take 6 months. Never once did I get a response. Now the order came in and my main item the belt sander came in without a power cord. I have tried 10 diff cords that I had laying around and none world power it up

I wish I would have read here first. My brother-in-law asked me to search a link for pitbossfactory.shop to see if it was legit. I couldn't search very well on my cell at the time, and told him I couldn't find anything negative. After getting home, I scoured their website and found they were owned by Buena Deal company. He just paid for it a few hours ago with his VISA and the payment went to a PayPal account owned by a Sharlene Shuler. We are going to contact VISA and PayPal immediately. From what I read, once they fake your USPS delivery confirmation, It's next to impossible to get your money back.

Biggest scam ever. Cannot believe I fell for the Rtic cooler deal. Sure wish I had read this page first. Fake tracking number said it was ordered Thur, shipped Fri and delivered Sat which it was not.
Please beware! $98 gone.

Scammer!I ordered cricut machine and I did not receive any email from the seller aside from the order confirmation.Thought,I was ordering from cricut website.I called paypal to file a dispute and I was told it was denied because the seller sent them a tracking number saying it was delivered.I tried to send an email to the customer service that was provided on the order confirmation but the email I sent was undeliverable
