Do not purchase anything from this company, it is a complete scam. I had to contact my credit union to get a refund. The product they advertise is not cheap dollar store material, however, that is not what they show online. They don't respond to email when requesting tracking information, instead they send a generic response that has the same verbiage for a reply. The tracking information continues to say the product is in New York, but once you click on the tracking number, it takes you no where. I ordered this from an advertisement that I seen on Pinterest and when I tried to notify them about the fraudulent activity, I got another generic response "we're working hard to make sure we have outstanding sellers with good quality products...we're working on a way to filter these types of sellers". Well this advertiser is still on Pinterest and I'm quite sure their scamming another customer. If Amazon can suspend all these accounts, Pinterest should be able to also. STAY AWAY FROM Buenadeal.com!

They used another or linked another websites like cricut. They used joymachinenow.com this links to cri-cut.com. You will see the page as from cricut with bundles like $389. With 70%off, the final price is $83.99 and you paid with PayPal. I see that and I couldn't believe and looking more information within the website until I got that it said Buenadeal and I foun it. thanks I don’t buy . It’s too good to be true.

DO NOT.DO.NOT. BUY FROM THEM! Literally the WORSE people to buy from. It's all a scam. I was never notified my item was shipped and to top it off they don't communicate with you.

Scam site. Ordered one of those "realistic dogs", Product I ordered looked nothing like advertised, nor was it even the same product. IT WAS A CHEAP LOOKING STUFFED ANIMAL YOU CAN FIND AT DOLLAR TREE. Shipping time was also excessive as well. Take your money to elsewhere like Amazon.

Wish I had known about this website before I ordered the mini chainsaw from Buenadeal that was supposedly shipped March 7th. Received notice shipment delayed due to Covid 19. Today, May 1st received the CHAIN but no saw or battery. Have emailed them, but according to these reviews, I have little expectation of receiving an answer or the actual saw. Have learned to always check from where items
are being shipped. Saw ad on Facebook and was drawn in. So sad to see all the customers that have been scammed.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Took 9 weeks to get a small stuff toy and $28.00 later. This is false advertising. My stupidity though didn't read the reviews before I ordered the product. I wish they would get shut down for ripping people off. Please do not buy from them you will regret it.

If I could go below a one star I would. Do not buy from this company! It is disgraceful the way they treat customers.

Ordered in march have never received the item I emailed them 12 times and no one has emailed me back! This is a scam and I hope they get caught! Really crappy to take people's money the way they are, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

If I could give a 'no stars' review I would. I ordered 2 of the 'realistic dogs' on Feb. 15, 2021 and after many emails over the months trying to find out where my order was, I finally received them on April 22, 2021. They are NOTHING like the pictures, these are small, hardly any stuffing, and looks like they were made out of a washcloth! There is nothing realistic about them.
Don't waste your money.

I ordered stuff from this company. Weeks later I got a tracking number for shipping. That number is not valid. I've emailed a few times with no response. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau, federal trade commission and my bank. If your hoping to get any items you order your best bet would be to order from someone else.

I ordered a Tourmaline flat iron and company looked legit with a online catalog. Ordered the end of January and paid my Visa 39.00 cant remember if it was included. Any how have tried and failed several times to check where my oder is and can never get anyone to help. The text me a ups number that was supposed to be a tracking # from ups and no such number is available. I am so mad. I want to find out what is going on.

Not One Word From Them Since My Order 30 Days Ago.
I Have Made 3 Attempts Via Their Email Address This Week, Requesting My Order Be Cancelled And Refund My $100+ Dollars Back To My Account. Still No Responce.
I Will Give Negative Reviews On This Company On Any Site I See Their Products Sold.

As in the other customers reviews, I ordered a item, was emailed confirmation yet did not receive shipping confirmation or the item weeks later. The customer service is automated and tell one to wait.
