No waiter or waitress for 1 full hour and after finally waited on orders were incorrect and was given an attitude when corrected. Asked for refills on our drink again given an attitude and waited 1/2 an hour dmfor refills. I will never eat there again.

Went to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Oxford, Ms. Grandson ordered 10 boneless wings and french fries. I ordered the Honey BBQ Chicken salad with NO Honey BBQ Sauce but with Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette. We waited an extremely long time and the server brought my salad (NOT my grandson's chicken). The salad had Ranch dressing on it and I informed the server I asked for Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette. The server went to the kitchen, returned and told me it would be a "while" for me to get my salad. My grandson finally got his chicken but NO fries. Quite some time later I finally got my salad with Italian Dressing (NOT Lite Balsamic) By this time it was getting late so I told the server I needed to take the salad To Go and I never received my extra chicken. I asked for the check and was charged for the fries my grandson never received and the chicken I never received. I told the server we NEVER received the fries nor the extra piece of chicken. Server returned with another check, this time charging for the chicken I never received. Again, called the server and explained this to her. Finally got the correct check, paid it and will never return.

9/3/2025 I ordered the wing special 20 wings pick 4 flavors, fries, and carrot and celery. They sent me 20 plain wings. My expectation was to get wings as some plain, some parmesan garlic some honey BBQ. Called and spoke with manager he was rude. The person who answered was laughing the customer service was horrible. I would not recommend the Georgetown, Texas location ever. I have tried to order from this location 3 times and they never get the orders correct. They don't care about the customer experience. Just Rude.

WORST SERVICE EVER. TOOK OVER 2 HOURS FOR 2 SANWICHES. ORDERS WERE MADE INCORECTLY! HIGH PRICES, LOW QUALITY AND QUANTITY OF FOOD!!MORE THAN A HOUR TO GET SIDE SALAD. THE PLACE WAS MOSTLY EMPTY. NO MANAGER ON DUTY!! WHEN CALLING MANAGER NEXT DAY, AND TELLING HER WHAT HAPPENED!! SHE SAID SHE WILL MARK IT AS A LEARNING EXPERIENCE, AND HUNG UP!! CORPORATE WAS NOT MUCH HELP!! Florence, SC at Magnolia Mall. Long haired dirt ball of a bartender would go missing for a half hour at a time. Waited forever for drinks. 3 people came in, sat down and left after 20 minutes of not being served. Dude finally comes back reeking of marijuana.

I just got my to-order, it was wrong, ordered Traditional wings 10, Chipotle BBQ dry rub. I got 10 dried up boneless. They are awful!! Do not trust the Buffalo Wild wings in Carrollton. The boneless are not even edible, the are so dry you can’t eat them like small chunks of leather.

I went to buffalo wild wings on Navarre Ave in Oregon, Ohio. I walked into the restaurant and went to the carryout counter. I had placed an online order about 25 minutes before arriving. No one greeted me or asked if I had an order in. A girl walked behind the counter to answer a phone call, clearly saw me but said nothing. Someone else's order was ready and she was completing that transaction and then went to walk away again. I had to say excuse me and tell her why I was there, she almost seemed confused like obviously I have a carryout order. Of course my order was already ready just sitting in a warmer. I was in the store for a total of 12 minutes trying to pick my food up that was already done waiting for me. Terrible customer service, I will not be back. I was late back to work because I was on my lunch break. So if your thinking buffalo wild wings sounds good for lunch might as well go to wingstop because they actually acknowledge you when you walk in the door.

For a place that specializes in wings they get an F from me. The size of the wings was a joke and each piece of a the whole wing was a rip off. A wing should have been one piece not a wing cut in two. So you are paying more than two dollars for a wing. What a rip off.Also no celery with the wings. No choice of sauces just hot or reg. BBQ sauce. I would never go back to this bad food place. When I was a kid my mom would go to High-low and the butcher would give her a bag of wings for soup. They used to throw them away.

I placed an order with Buffalo Wild Wings and had multiple issues. One of the food items contained a hair, which is a serious health concern. In addition, the order was missing an item, no sauce was included, and the drink I received was watered down and not acceptable for consumption.

I contacted Buffalo Wild Wings regarding these concerns but have not received any response or follow-up. This lack of acknowledgment and resolution is extremely disappointing, especially considering the nature of the complaint.

The boneless wings and mozzarella sticks were so over fried. There was no taste and so crunchy. They had to be thrown out. I will never order ANYTHING from this restaurant again. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I ordered my wings on line at 8:23pm. Requested the pick up time for 9:10pm I get there and the order is not ready and did not leave until 9:27pm. When I get home my Garlic Parmesan boneless wings are burnt. Waste of 41 dollars.

Service seems to be going downhill lately. Used to live coming to this establishment but now would rather give my money to another chain.

I gave a 1 out of 5 because they actually Shit in my food!

Oklahoma City, OK I-44; About 6:30PM on June 12th a manager{Diamond} came over to me after I ordered & asked 2 see the pictures I took w/ my cell phone,confusingly I showed him the 2 Pics of a Gift Card my mother gave me be4 she died last year leaning up against a water&beer. He said I was upsetting customers, so I asked him that I would be glad to move to another table & he just stood over me, so I asked him does this mean I should leave,he said Yes, so I got up and walked to the front and told the 2girls that seated me "I'm getting thrown out' I turned around & Diamond was right behind me like a escort,without raising my voice I leaned over to him & asked him 'you ever served in the Military, & he said No, I told him I'm a Veteran -before I could finish telling him that I go to Buffalo Wild Wings every year on Veterans Day and I get treated like a Hero,A big guy got in my face and said,you've worn out your welcome its time for you to leave, very rude and very loud then pointed to the door, I asked him for his name-'Justin Smith the GM' and while I was leaving he told the people entering, sorry about the incident, its all taking care of. I sat in my vehicle shaking like I committed a Crime or a Sin, almost in tears thinking I miss my Mom, that she was always there when I needed a helping hand. I want nothing from this except the leftover balance of my B-Day gift card from my dying mother{couldn't be over $5} because I'll Never step foot in another BDubs again. I tell this Story and will continue to tell this story for the Rest of My Life to shine a light on how I was Treated buy this establishment.

Sick. Very very sick for two days after felt like I was going to throw up until I finally did and there was still chunks of chicken

I ATE THERE FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME LAST NIGHT AND IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THE WINGS. THEY WERE VERY DRY AND THE FRIES WERE COLD LIKE THEY HAD BEEN SITTING FOR THE LONGEST. WINGS SUPPOSE TO CAME WITH CELERY AND THE DIDNT GIVE ME ANY. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!

On April 8, 2025 at the location at 120 Robert C Daniels Jr Parkway Augusta GA, was the WORST experience I have EVER received. I go to this location ever Tuesday and again this was the WORST experience given with the waitress by the name of Nicole (Table#244/1). She was not friendly at all. Grant it at the beginning she was good but I am not sure what happened when the food was brought out to the table. Just because some one ruffled her feathers it is not professional to take it out on customers who you are serving. I was 38 HOT!

I placed a togo order at the Kirkwood MO location for two buffalo chicken wraps with 2 fries and one fried pickles. Of course I didn’t look inside the bag to make sure i got all the items. Once at home, realized that their was no fries. Called the store, Richard the GM not only refunded the money, he also offered to send me a gift certificate. I call this “ customer service at its best”! I wish there were more places like this!!🙏🏼

I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings and was disappointed with my experience. The wings weren’t sauced properly some were dry and unevenly coated. The food took forever to come out, and when it did, it was cold. On top of that, the portions were small and the prices were high. The service was good, though the staff was friendly and attentive. But overall, the food quality just didn’t live up to the expectations, and I won’t be going back anytime soon.
