Horrible experience

Horrible experience. I ordered 12 wings. i expressly asked that they be well done and crispy. When I got home and opened the container the wings were soft and almost flesh like. It was to far to go back and even then I wouldn't trust them anyway.

Nothing but drummets

1/31/25 13749 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS: I ordered 10 traditional wings (salt and vinegar). I received 9 drummets and 1 flat. I spoke with Jordan who identified himself as the Manager. Jordan stated,"that happens sometimes when you grab a bag that's empty." But you have to specify on the DD app if you want all drums or flats. I told him that since I didn't designate, how did I end up with all drums. Jordan legitimately didn't have an answer. He hung up when I told him we (my company) will be canceling a big order for Super Bowl Sunday!

We order some meals with buffalo…

We order some meals with buffalo wings,they gave us 1 season pack for each meal and we could not get no more. If i could give you a zero star I would. [Be blessed and a blessing.]. Will not eat there food again. You have bad reviews anyway. Did not look at the reviews before ordering. That is on me.

These were some of the worse wings I’ve…

These were some of the worse wings I’ve ever eaten. Wings were extremely overcooked. The meat was so hard and crunchy that I couldn’t even eat it. Had I not been a guest of my daughter and son in law I wouldn’t have asked to send my food back. They were extremely busy so maybe that contributed but there’s still no excuse.

Wait an hr for cold food…fries were cold, and tenders were cold. Didn’t send tender sauce!!! Why should I pay for cold food n have to microwave food. Several times we had poor service here!!! Stay away if ur having wings delivered. 75 dollars for cold food! Lafayette Indiana creasy road location is horrible!!!!!

The person who took the order was nice…

The person who took the order was nice and the bar tender definitely had good customer service. Once we ordered our food the cashier said he would have a person bring our food to the bar. We paid for our food at 943pm go to the bar and ordered a drink, I finish my drink realize our food hadn't arrived so we went back to the front where you order and some worker that was cleaning stops cleaning act like he wants to help us but as soon as we tell him we have been waiting for 40 minutes for our food he got upset and told us it hadn't been 40 minutes and we argued for a short period which we shouldn't be arguing with workers when point out a fact that the service is wrong. The person who stopped cleaning to come give us an attitude totally ignored another customer who was there to pick up his food.

People were the rudest people I’ve ever…

People were the rudest people I’ve ever met. I feel like I totally got disrespected and treated like a piece of garbage TORY was our waiter in the whole staff was disrespectful and the food was terrible and small. We literally ate wings that were way too hot without no beer or water or drink just staring at this guy while he laughed at us, I’ll never come here again.

The cleanliness and atmosphere was…

The cleanliness and atmosphere was nice. The hostess Alyssa was very presentable and curtsy. It’s nice to go to a local restaurant with dining deals like the two 19.99. Lodi, ca is soo much better than Stockton ca location!! Keep Lodi store nice please. Much respect and happy holidays. Thank you Lodi BWW.

Family of four

Family of four. Four orders of wings,four side salads. Three waters one sweet tea. $103.45. Along with high prices lagging service my family and I will not be returning.

Missing, Disgustingly Cold Food and Rude Staff

Absolutely appalling experience. Missing items, rude treatment and threats by the Manager! My wife went to collect an order she had placed over the phone to collect from the Buffalo Wild Wings at S Montclair Plaza in Montclair, LA. From the outset the Food Bagger employee greeted my wife with distain, was angry when asked to add an extra item to the order and then forgot to add the item to the order (but charged for it regardless). Upon checking the bag in the car to see the item was missing, my wife went back in, only to be greeted with more rudeness by the same employee. Begrudgingly the Food Bagger threw the extra item in the bag. Upon checking the bag a second time in the car there were several orders of fries missing. My wife was forced to go back in to be greeted by the same Bagger who turned her back on her, stormed off without a word, grabbed some fries from the kitchen, returned and literally threw them into the bag with the rest of the order. Once the food was home there were missing wings and tenders in the boxes and the paper bag was littered with loose, cold fries. I called to speak to the Manager to discuss a possible refund for the missing items and mention the poor treatment. The Manager, Chris, promised a 15% discount (although this was never transferred) but followed up with threats he could call the police to press charges against my wife because she “somewhat tossed” the fries on the counter in front of the Food Bagger. When we replied that we welcomed the opportunity to discuss the situation with the police and that we were heading back to the restaurant to discuss exactly what the charges would have been (‘Aggravated “Somewhat Tossing” Of A Paper Bag’ perchance Chris?). Chris did a complete 180 and claimed, in much less assured words, that he had never mentioned calling the police and that he was “very sorry”. The whole experience was a complete joke and that place is a clown show run by children. Avoid

I am a veteran I went to eat at the…

I am a veterand I went to eat at the Buffalo Wild Wings At. 26725 state road 56 Wesley Chapel Florida 33544 On Veterans Day. And the restaurant treated me like they never saw a black person before. When I asked them for the Veterans Day free meal that they were offering The customer service host at the counter. Look at me mean and said that That's for here only and I said okay, then she looked at me like She couldn't believe I just wanted to Hang around and There were plenty of empty seats in the restaurant over half of the seats were empty. And She said that I needed to go wait in the lobby area about 30 or 40 minutes to be waited on. And there was nobody over there taking orders. So as I was waiting a Customer Came in And went to the bar So I said well, I'll do that too. And the man and his wife got served. And I sat next to a white guy veteran and
He ordered and got served his Veterans Day meal And then the waitress that was working at the bar looked over to me and ask me what I wanted, I said I'm a veteran too I would just like to have the same thing He's having then she looked at me. With a weird smile and said wait a minute.
And then she came back over and said that I needed to wait back in the lobby until I'm called And like I said the people that walked in the door didn't do that. They just went up to the bar And got served their Veterans Day meal. So I said to the waitress at the bar so You can't do nothing for me right now And she said no so I Walked back to the lobby where she said to wait and I finally Got a host who Took me to one of the empty seats in Buffalo Wild wings That I noticed when I first came into the restaurant And then the waitress whose table it was act like she was upset that I sat down at her table because you could tell by the expression on her face like she wasn't gonna get tipped by me or something. So after the waitress took forever to order my Veterans Day meal for me. I just decided to go home. And I said to myself what in the heck did I just walk into at Buffalo Wild Wings, So I felt hurt. And I called back to the Buffalo wild wing house and ask to speak to a manager.
And I explained to the manager on Veterans Day how I was treated And all the manager told me is that he was sorry for my experience So I asked the manager who I was talking to, who was his boss so that I could talk to His boss about My experience At Buffalo Wild Wings And the manager that I was talking to said he does not have a boss over him. So I asked the manager for the corporate office number And the manager told me that I would have to Google The corporate office for buffalo wild wings to get the number For the Buffalo wild wings corporate office. So I did when I got home on veterans day and I found the number for the Buffalo Wild Wings corporate office for this particular restaurant. And I called the lady At the Buffalo wild wing corporate office and she act like she was concerned about my experience at 26725 state road 56 Wesley Chapel, Florida, 33544 Buffalo wild wings in Wesley Chapel, Florida. And the lady at the Buffalo Wild Wings.Corporate office even took my number which is 941 718 6932 Because I told her I wanted feedback on this situation and experience I had at buffalo wild wings in wesley chapel And the lady at Buffalo Wild Wings corporate office. Said that I would hear back from them in 48 hours And here it's been Over a week, so I said forget it. I just won't never go back to Buffalo Wild wings House again, it's not worth it.

Horrible

Horrible, horrible company. They ignored me for over twenty minutes when trying to receive my veterans Day meal. It was obviously intentional. No manager around to complain to so I just left. Horrible business.

$30 and they forgot that fries on 2 orders

Order was 15 minutes late on being ready when they said it would

Food was pretty bad- better wings at zaxbys

Paid &5.99 for onion rings and got 6 onion rings. pretty bad value.

Management better wake up of this chain will be good the way of TGI Fridays

Just move on to another restaurant

Just move on to another restaurant. At nearly $1.80 per bone-in wing, this is one place to pass up. It was a good place when they first opened, but like everything else, it deteriorated with time. $18.50 for two 805 beers, $14.50 for a chicken sandwich the size of a Whopper Jr. $7.00 for a Mich Ultra. Nothing to see (or eat) here. Find a good local diner, it's probably better.

Good experience.

A few days ago, it was my first time visiting Buffalo Wild Wings. The service was good and polite, and my food was served about 10 minutes after ordering. The food was well-cooked and crispy, and was very satisfying. The fries tasted a lot like McDonald's', except fresher and better quality.

Good experience.

I went to bww in pueblo Colorado

I went to bww in pueblo Colorado. Poor service. Food was subpar and fries cold.
I had 3modelo beers too. When I paid my tab realized the beers were$8. Really. For cheap beer. Not even a craft beer.
And they were not even full. 2 to 3 fingers from the top of the glass.
I feel used. I will not return.

Up charge for asking for sauce

The new BWWs in Hartland MI is quite nice. 4 stars instead of 5 because of their nickel & dime policy. The food is good & the service is good. The store is brand new & clean. They charge a buck for "all flats" or "all Drummies". They charge fifty cents for ordering your wings wet. I've NEVER come across that at any other BWWs.

Already emailed Buffalo Wild Wings to state what needs be in regards to pricing and so on. Service is okay restaurant cleanliness appearance etcetera. Usually there is a regular reviews section in this case Trust Pilot Website is the next best for posting reviews instead which are also read by business that do not have a direct email address/website.
