Unsatisfied Bengal customer
I wouldn't give this restaurant one star because as of 10/20/2024 I went to this eatery to watch the Bengals and the Browns game, only to find that they per program the TVs to specific games no matter the hometown teams appearance in the broadcasting. all the patrons came to that bar to see the game, and only two TVs by the bar area were showing the game, all the other TVs were mostly showing the Baltimore game. We had appetizers, food, drinks, and willing to purchase more drinks. We already paid $70.00, and you can't tell me Bw3 Kenwood location are not to change the channel that we want in front of us and not to have us to turn our heads to watch a small tv on the wall. If we would have gone to Coleraine location, we would not have that problem. when letting the manager know she said with a scowl " There's nothing I can do about it",,, B$$$tch PLEASE!!! We spending money in here and can't enjoy the programming we and half the room came to see,, I'M GOOD!!!!!!!! We going home!!!!😁😁✌😁
I ordered online
I ordered online. I drove 20 miles just to have these numbskulls tell me the order didn’t go through (despite showing them the receipt) - Academy Rd. Colo. Spgs, CO. They said they could make it if I waited another 30 mins because they had computer issues. I had my dogs in the car, so I declined. No receipt for a refund. I asked via phone to speak to a regional manager and was told they couldn’t provide it. What a complete joke. I spent $75 going to another place that has their s—t together (Slim Chickens). Instead of giving rub and tugs to the Kelce brothers, you should focus on keeping customers. The BWW wings are over-rated for the price anyway.

Ordered almost $60 worth of chicken went to get the order came home and found out the order was completely incorrect. Called them back to ask them to send a new order they refused. They asked us to come back and get the right order which is not happening when I’m home already!!!! They did refund my card but what a headache, get your crap together BWW west bend !!!! Spoke to the manager he didn’t know what he was doing either!!!!!!!

Wow. Thought we would give this place another chance but not happy. We had the rudest waitress. Everything started off pretty friendly till the waitress came to take our order. We ordered. We noticed they weren't that busy but the waitress decided to tell us "our food will probably be coming out sporadically" which meant some of us would be eating and some of us would be waiting. We didn't say anything.a few of our orders came some correct others not what we ordered. A different waitress came to our table and asked if we were still missing anything. So we told told her two items that hadn't come and that one wasn't right. The first waitress came over and became very rude and said she told us our food wouldn't come out together and just before we left she slammed a tray of wings on the table and didn't say anything. If you can't get a customers whole order out together that's a problem.
Horrible and unexcusable
I wanted to take my wife out to lunch today so we went to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Oxnard CA today. So disappointing and not what I and there were no mushrooms on theexpected from this restaurant at all. I will start with the 2 Mushroom Burgers we ordered: the hamburger patties were so greasy that when we pick them up the grease was dripping off of them, the buns where soaked in grease, the tomatoes were beyond ripe they were Milly and the burgers had no mushrooms on them. My salad was supposed to be a Cesar Salad but it had no dressing. The service was minimal in that respect. I wonder what I paid $60.00 for. It was over priced, horrible and unexcusable. Will never eat there again.

RUN don't walk as far as you can from this location! This is the 4th time since their "grand re-opening" where we have had horrible food and customer service. Today, my son went to meet with friends for dinner and again, there was an eyelash in his garlic parm boneless wings. He told the waitress who proceeded to say that was just "herbs", even when he pulled it out and showed her it was clearly an eyelash. This made her mad causing her to snatch his wings, veggies, and fries off the table. As he was getting ready to leave (25 minutes passed since the table was cleared without any communication), his waitress comes back and puts a "new" wings, nothing else on the table. He asks her "where the herbs are" since that's what she claimed the eyelash on the previous order were. This made her mad so he just told her he didn't want anything else they had and left. He told me what happened so I called and requested the manager. I was given to Cameron who proceeded to tell me he was aware and that my son was lying. At that time, Christian told him that he was not lying and had a photo proving it. Cameron got upset and said if "we didn't like it and had so many issues, don't come back" and then hung up the phone. I called back and requested the DM and GM's info to which Jonathan stated Cameron was the GM. I then requested his last name to which he refused and put me on hold. Cameron then got on the phone and said his name was Cameron Andrews and I could call the corporate office at 866-704-0777 then disconnected again. Beyond unprofessional and disgusting. So much for being a loyal rewards member for more than 8 years!
The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
So yesterday I went to Buffalo wild wings located in Royal Oak Michigan for Lunch. My bill was roughly $70. This was my first visit at this location and will be my LAST visit at this location. I am a Buffalo Wild Wings rewards member and I do visit other locations often since my college days… While at this location, myself and the other 2 guest ordered the same thing. 10 traditional wings, and appetizer and something to drink. My server name was Jon and he ordered my meal incorrectly. Jon was not a good waiter. He wasn’t attentive to us nor accommodating to us. I had to wave Jon down to ask him about our food we ordered 1 hour and 30 minutes ago and to ask him how long would it be before our meals come out. He stated let me go check. Jon never came back to say anything. Remind you, the restaurant was not crowded at all. There was no more than maybe 20 people in the restaurant dining at that time. 20 minutes later another server brings our food out and I mentioned to the server I did not order 15 wings I ordered 10 just like the other two guest. She said OK let me go and get Jon for you. So when John came over, Jon stated is there a problem I said yes I ordered the 10 tradition wings just like the other two guest ordered but instead there is 15. John stated oh I thought I heard you say 15 I said no I ordered two different flavors five and five, which equals 10 like the other two guest did at the table. John stated OK no worries I will correct the bill for 10 wings. I stated thank you. 20 minutes later while I’m eating my food, a manager by the name of Diamond came over and stated that I had issues with my ordering. I told her yes. I explained to Diamond what had happened and she said well because he brought you out 15 wings we’re gonna have to charge you for 15 wings. I told diamond that’s not what I ordered so I’m not paying for something I did not order. Diamond then stated well just give me all your food back and I’ll remake it for you. I told Diamond I already had to wait for an 1 1/2 hours for my food to come out. It just came out 20 minutes ago and Im already eating so no thanks I’m not interested and I’m not giving you my food back. Diamond then stated we’re gonna have to charge you for something that you didn’t order. I told diamond im not paying for what I didn’t order, However I can give you some food back off my plate which I’ve never had to do before but I’m going to continue to eat the food that’s in front of me because I’m hungry. Diamond then walked away and came back with a plate and asked for 4 chicken wings back. I then proceeded to put 4 chicken wings back on her plate as she walked away to throw them in the garbage. I said WOWWW This was the worst and most embarrassing experience I have ever experienced in my life at any restaurant. I will never go back to Buffalo wild wings located in Royal Oak, MI as the customer service was HORRIBLE. I am a frequent customer at Buffalo Wild Wings just not the Royal Oak location. I will never ever visit or dine with them again as this was a horrible experience. Jon and Diamond should definitely be penalized/punished if not FIRED for treating customers like I was treated. I’m a great and cheerful tipper and Jon definitely messed up getting a tip for me. U want a tip? How about be attentive to your customers, fix your wrongs, be accommodating to your customers and be a good listener so you can order what you customers order!!!!!
Not worth the price!!!
I placed a pickup order through Uber Eats for 2 orders of 6 piece boneless wings and 2 orders of 10 piece boneless wings. First off, the pieces were the size of my fingernail and I'm not exaggerating. Second, the 2 orders of the 10 piece wings were short by 3 in one box and 2 in the other.
The food did not look edible at all. When we went to return it to the restaurant for a refund, they said they were unable to do so because it was ordered through Uber Eats. When asked for a refund from Uber Eats, they said they were unable to issue a refund, even though the food was returned. So, please, don't order anything from Uber Eats and order directly from the restaurant. And don't order the boneless wings unless you want to eat chicken the size of an m&m.
BWW FRAUD
I first noticed someone was stealing my points back on Dec. 3rd of 2023. I immediately noticed that they changed my personal information. They changed my name which is Sophia Jacobs to "John Doe". Then i was mind blown when I tried to use my points but realized that i didn't have any because on July 9th "John doe" made 3 different purchases using MY POINTS!!!!.... MY POINTS THAT MY MONEY PAID TO ACCUMULATE!!!!!.. Those 3 transactions on july 9th are 1. 3,650...2. 600.....and 3. 400. they then turned around and made another purchase on 11/27/2023 (1900 pts.) for a brisket! I didn't even know BWW sold brisket!.....I wrote an email to a email address given to me by the manager on shift at that restaurant that day on December 3rd. 2023. I figured "I accumulated all these points this year and haven't used them so I would be able to xmas shop and not worry about spending cash on food I have enough points to get a meal every time I'm out shopping." Clearly I wasn't afforded the luxury of doing so. It shouldn't matter if i wanted to allow those points to add up for years upon years, its my monies that afforded me the luxury of deciding when and how id like to use my points.
After sending that message I thought they'd stop....., well boy was I wrong!!!! here I am again, I just ordered a big order from BWW and to my surprise I check my points and not only did they change my name AGAIN they just charged another order to my points on 4/04/2024 (for 1500 points).....I was told that I'd get my points put back the last time I sent an email to the email address given to me by the manager on shift at BWW Dec. 3rd.....I understand mistakes happen so it could have been an honest mistake where the manager misspelled the information given to me, I'm willing to give benefit of doubt. It's just that I'm extremely frustrated. This issue is very important to me and it hits close to a very sensitive situation that I've experienced not too long ago in which I was robbed and someone had access to personal information about myself and my children we are still dealing with the residual effects of that experience a year later, Now to add insult to injury, the points that I've been saving for rainy days have been being used by someone that gained access to my account. They seen how many points I had and how often I frequent bww so they changed my name on the account as well as the phone number. They had to have done it either via someone that works there or someone that works for BWW is doing this. I truly hope I can get help this time, also i want to update my email address because I'm sure if they've been in my account that much they know exactly what information to give to access my account.

The one in Delaware, ohio is trash! Has the worst managment. The cooks are terrible and all the servers and bar tenders suck!
SALADS, really poor
Ordered two salads from BWW in Waukegan, IL. For $28.00 I got two salads with fading lettuce and very little chicken or accoutrements. Sure didn't look like the photos for sure. I was very disappointed and now OUR chickens can enjoy the wilted mess after only two days refrigerated. Never again.

First and Last visit to Buffalo Wild Wings
Today was my First and Last visit to Buffalo Wild Wings. Location was Williamsport, PA. Service was fine but when I returned home I was disappointed to find the wings to be small and over cooked. Not worth $1.51 each. What a rip off!!!

7004 International Dr. Orlando Drive. Worst service ever!!! Waitress brought out wings, no plates. Had to find her and ask for plates. Waited 30 min after we ate to bring out dessert, only after reminding her. Finally when she came out with the cake, it had no ice cream like it was supposed to. We literally had to ask her 3 times for to go plates. She added the cake to the bill in the middle of me paying through a QR code, so it changes the price of her tip to much higher than she deserved and it voided out my two $15
gift cards. 2nd bad experience at that location. The first time we had a sweaty waitress that held the food under her sweaty face, and directly in front of her mouth. Yuk!! But she remembered her customers unlike the first girl who left her brain home. Both experience were terrible though.

I went to BWW in Homewood il on 7-19-24 at 11:30pm and the they wouldnt service me because they close at 12 midnight. They said i could only order take out. BWW should take orders untill 12 midnight and turn people away at that point
Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible. Made online pick up order at 10pm. Sated it would be ready at 1020pm. We didn't have it until 1051pm. They gave excuses after excuses. Not a busy night nor a peak tile. The food was luke warm and dry yet still mushy. So weird. Nonetheless, poor experience and we will not be returning.
Server went anbove and beyond!
Our food was great. What set this visit apart was our server, Lacey. She was working the main dining area by herself. She was clearing tables, taking orders, delivering orders and refilling drinks, alone and with a smile on her face.
