Always check your order before you leave. The website is not user friendly and it erases all the choices you picked if you go back to modify anything.
I got home and found this out the hard way. 15 wings, no sauce, no seasoning.

First in dining at Buffalo Wild Wings SW Rochester MN. Staff very friendly & courteous. Burgers were done as ordered & tasted good. Price was $28 for 2 people.

Missing items from my delivered order, but they wouldn't resend the missing items without a new delivery fee... Screw Them!!!

We just left Buffalo Wild Wings in Alliance, Ohio. It was the worst experience we have had there. Our server acted like he didn't have a care in the world. He didnt hurry for anything. We ordered an appetizer and didn't get it until he brought our meal. We had to ask for napkins and he never came back to check on us or ask if we wanted refills on our drinks. Also the music coming from the kitchen was so loud we could here it in the dining area. Totally u unacceptable, probably won't go back for awhile. Beth W.

BWW to Go in Mesa Ridge in Fountain , CO. Pitiful excuse for management and food. Manager ALex tried to serve us cold food. He re-fixed/cooked our $46 order. Assured us it was correct. Get home it is not and what food was there was very dry and scarce. Large fry was a small. No ranch as we had requested 2 per order of wings= 8 total. Call him from home to be told in a very ugly manner that it was our fault. We should’ve checked bag. So we shouldn’t have took your word as the manager? Refused refund because we left with food that he himself , Alex the manager , assured was correct.

Hello, I had placed an order 6 peice Boneless Bites (Lemon Pepper) wet rub. I received my order and when I opened the box there was no sauce or anything in there to show it was a wet rub it was basically dry.

Part 2: I had placed an order for a side of fries as well the fries happen to be stale and unseasoned.

I was greeted with a smile by the cashier, she asked me was I picking up or ordering. I was ordering. She told me about the wing special for the day. Ordered the BOGO 6 wings. I tried the buffalo ranch sauce. My food was hot when I received it. The cashier thanked me for coming. Great attitude and customer service.

I wanted to tell someone that the service and the food was not good at all.
I was at the Shorewood location on May 29th at 6:30 and I waited 20 mins just to get someone to wait on me and I had to ask a server to wait on me and I was told my server would be around soon. I did not even get someone to ask if the meal was ok or if I would like a refill. I ordered the 6 boneless and it was not even hot. The wedges were ok and my drink was ok. I wanted to tell you so others don’t have get this terrible experience. You need to know when people are not doing things correctly when pay good money to eat at your restaurant I expect good service and food

I'm an old man, and I've ate a lot of chicken, fixed various ways. But Buffalo Wild Wings was absolutely the worst chicken I have ever tried to eat. Because I was hungry, I ate about one third of my order, and couldn't take it any more. I'll never go back to Buffalo Wild Wings.

We ordered and paid for 10 bone in drummers. We received 8 flats and 2 drummers. We are 10 miles out so it is a pain to drive back to get the order correct. Even if we had not ordered all drummers common sense would denote 5 drummers and 5 flats ! Getting ripped off is shameful for what we paid for our order. This is exactly why we don't splurge very often on take out. Even the size and quality of the wings has declined. BWW is no longer a great place for wings but has gone right down the tubes.

Absolutely the worst sampler at any restaurant. The onion rings did not even have a taste of onion, and the mozzarella sticks were so bland. But worse than that was the ultimate nachos. The nacho chips didn’t even taste like a nacho chip, and the crap that was supposed to be on top of it. I couldn’t eat. All in all, the whole sampler was a freaking mess.

Apparently, service food hot and/or fresh isn't a real priority for them. If you know know already, an order of wings cooked in a commercial fryer takes around twelve minutes to cook. I go to BWW for lunch and place an order for wings. When you wings comes out four minutes later, that's an issue. I ask the bartender about the suspiciously short server time and she says 'Oh, these just came out of the cooker hot and fresh.' Test the temp on the wings. they are barely lukewarm. Send them back and ask for an actual order be cooked so I can have some freshly-cooked wings. With about fourteen minutes (the amount of time I would expect for a wing order). Same crap. Lukewarm, not hot and fresh out of the fryer.

This isn't the first time this has happened at multiple locations. I had stopped going to them for six years when i decided to give them another try. Disappointed again. Maybe this time I'll give them ten to figure out how to make and server food.

I just today went to Buffalo wild wings in Florence South Carolina and was totally unpleasantly disgusted. I ordered a salad which was good but ordered the boneless hot wings which were totally hard and cold . Also the waitress never came back after delivering the food until she brought the check. I was very upset. I live in myrtle Beach and with all the wonderful restaurants here will probably never stop at a Buffalo wild wings while on the road again.

Went for a light lunch for 2 at the store in Yuba City. The server Patience was very attentive to our needs. 5 stars for server. Toward the end of our meal, it was insistent that we download an app and give her a rating on her service. (I was asked 3 times), so I obliged. I tried scanning the QR code and I got an error. I manually typed in the address and I was directed to download the app from the appstore. I followed directions and created an account then received the code in which the app would not accept. This took about 15 minutes and 80% frustration. (She almost lost her tip) I did not come to lunch with friend(s) to stare at my phone to download apps. I came to lunch for socialization and presence. Lose the apps. Zero stars for ruining my social time to have to pull out my phone to download the apps.

Ordered naked chicken tenders ‘w/out fries’ but was told the fries came w it. Got home & opened a huge box filled w fries covering the 4 tiny pieces of chicken (so the fries were a cover up..lol) Not worth complaining about.. but then the chicken was nothing but gristle & ended up being thrown out. $20 ($16 + tip). Unfortunately, it’ll be a while before we go back.

entered the restaurant Tue 5/7about 9 pm, I went to the bar to have a sit, myself. I asked bat tender to turn on my game, Which was done. I sat for 8 min before getting the bar tenders attention once again. I was even served to drink. Theres was interaction from off the clock employee's next to me. I hadn't seen a manager as I visually scaned the restaurant. Min 15 later still no site... at this time I was asked if I was ordering food 15 min later!

Buffalo Wild Wings has been given a bum rap by some customers. Trust this review because it is real and current! Businesses are trying to keep local customers and striving to do better each day.
Our experience was wonderful and the service was awesome. In addition, the wings were the best we ever had- moist, tasteful and "meaty"!
We sat at the bar and ordered a Trio appetizer that was enough for a full meal! For dinner we had chicken sandwich and wings. Our dinners were the BEST we ever had. Our server was Hailey. She was cheerful and pleasant and our orders were out before we knew it.
Trust this review and try out BWW. Thursdays they offer specials so don't delay!

Buffalo wild wings are great. I love all the variety of sauces and the manager was very accommodating when they got one of my orders wrong. The environment is very friendly, and they always take care of you. I prefer Regular wings then boneless wings.

I ate at the Beloit WI location on April 25th and immediately after eating there I started throwing up and had to call off work for several days. For that time, I was in a universe of pain and suffering the likes of which I have rarely experienced in my life. I order the exact same dish everytime I go (and I used to go every week) and have never had any problems remotely comparable to this.

Even though Buffalo Wild Wings is my favorite restaurant and have been going there every week for several years, I can never return—no amount of good wings is worth this terrible sickness (which I have not recovered from at the time of writing) recurring.
