I have been so disappointed in the…

I have been so disappointed in the quality of the wings I have gotten for the price I paid for 10 piece wings. The wings were so small and dry. I paid $20 for this. I will never come back and I tell everyone I know that the quality of the food you get for such a high price. I could have gone down the street and gotten better. Shame on you!

Bad experience. Well went to bww in south jordan utah

Well went to bww in south jordan utah. First thing the kid seating us said was are you having drinks tonight and we said yes. He checked our I.D. and put a band on us. Then are waiter came and had to show my I.D. again after getting banded already. So the same kid came back and asked if our drinks were coming
I told him I was not happy about the I.D. situation after I already had my band on he said if I didn't like just so needless to say I left will never go back again.

Wish I could give this review zero…

Wish I could give this review zero stars, as it was in my top three worst servers of all time! Isabell the bartender took my order and took my card and that was IT! I had to go to the waitress station myself after waiting 20 minutes for a refill as it was empty. I got my check five minutes after food and not even close to being done. The restaurant was empty pretty much! She was more worried about complaining about the manager and dropping the F bomb more than myself and pull up her pants so it gave her a wedgy every two minutes. She wasn't doing that she was inputting her tips and counting her tips and checking her phone.! Waitress had to go behind the bar just to get her drinks! After looking at Yelp, I can see why this restaurant is struggling. I have to say that the owner needs to start firing and getting people that know customer service! First rule customer service you never ever curse out on the floor and definitely don't complain about management or customers can hear you. The biggest rule is make sure your customers drink is filled! It's sad when the customer Hass to go to the waitress station to get his own refill! Management get your store together already!!!!!! looking at your Yelp you can tell you are failing!!!!!

Clean tables & floor BEFORE seating customers

My entire dining experience at BWW in Elizabethtown, KY was ruined when we were escorted to a table with food still in the floor. You could tell a couple of young children had probably dined at that table. I mentioned it to our waitress and she didn’t pay me a bit of attention….although she wiped off the table AFTER we sat down. Dining out is not cheap, and when I go out to eat, I expect to eat at a table with a clean tabletop and a clean floor underneath the table…..that’s how I dine at home!

Buffalo Wild Wings Manager-Kirk in Bowie, MD

Kirk, the Manager at the 10601 MLK, Jr. Hwy location was totally awesome! He treated me, as well as all the customers that came in the restaurant with just great customer service and thanking the people who were leaving for visiting the restaurant. He showed me how to register as a customer on my phone. I just dont see restaurant managers treating customers these days like Kirk treats his customers! Totally awesome.

Repeated order mistakes

6 months ago we ordered a meal for two via uber, half the order was not there. the mistake was so bad that the manager drove the rest of the order to our house himself.
OK, uber can't open a taped-up order so two months later we ordered for pickup. I drove down to pick up order. The order finally came out over an hour after the email pickup time.
We tried again tonight. Made an order online and drove down to pick the order up. After the manager asked my name and went back to check on the order, he came back to the lobby 3 times and ignored me.
The order came out about :10 late, no problem, luckily I broke the tape on the bag before I left. NO burger! Oh yeah the main item we ordered was not in the bag!
Tried to order take out from BWW 3 times. MAJOR FAIL 3 TIMES!

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings on Harry…

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings on Harry Hines-To-go.
I placed a order at 11:30am. It was going to be ready at 11:50am. I made it to the store at 11:45am, I saw my name on the screen (still Cooking #6). I pulled up and my time slot changed to 12:20. I left and made a stop and checked again and it changed 12:50. I called, and they mentioned that my order is ready. I picked my order up and it was cold. I took it back and asked for a refund, after placing the order online with a gift card. The manage came and refuse to take the food back saying she can't and gave me a 9$ refund. She said she can't replace the entire order, and this is all she can give me. She started a confrontation saying I didn't pick the food up on time and it was my fault my food was cold.
New business by the hospital, I expected better. I will never go back to this place. Food is terrible and Manger is unprofessional.
If I could give a 0- I would

Suckered out of free wings, 2/26/2024

Was notified 4 PM about the 2/26 SB overtime promotion (6 free wings from 2-5 PM). This GO! outlet just opened in Rockledge, FL, 32955. Put in an online order for 20 paid for wings including tip, also accounting for the cost of the free 6 wings. I was thinking it would improve the overall experience. BIG MISTAKE! Asked the counter person if my order would include the promotion since my order was before the 5 pm cutoff but picking up after 5 PM; she replied YES it would be included. Picked up my order after 30 min. wait; I timed it. In a hurry to leave due to family waiting for dinner. No free wings included. Not a good first impression for a franchise that I can drive a little further for better service.

Wasn't fresh

So I ordered online for pick up got there few mins early order was ready. Awesome I thought until I got home realizing the order was ready because it probably has been for hours all food was ice cold I love at most 10 mins away so might get cold by then except you can tell outside of wings was chewy and just not fresh. Tacos were tiny and cold of course. But it's okay I won't order from this place again. Just disappointed.

BWW tries to blame Uber for THEIR mistakes!!

Ordered food via Uber Eats on Thursday afternoon between the end of lunch rush and happy hour. Order arrived promptly. Bag was tied up with receipt on outside. Upon opening bag, saw side bag. Noted that marinara sauce for mozzarella sticks was missing and the southwest ranch for cheese curds was missing. Called store #7 on Shelbyville Rd in Middletown, Ky (Louisville). Some twit girl hung up on me twice. Said it wasn't their problem it was Uber Eats to call them. I explained the delivery was great, however I ordered food from THEM and didn't get what I ordered or paid for. Wanted to speak with manager. Hung up on me again. When I tried to call back, kept hanging up!!! Hire people that give good service and own mistakes!!!

Every time we visit bww, the food and service never change. It's always great! Thank you Rome bww for always doing a great job! You always make the best food and always make my family feel welcome each time we come in!

Good times!

Went to a BWW location in Pooler, GA, and had a great time. We all had drinks quick (although few unavailable beers on tap) and food was good. Burgers were surprisingly good also! Fun atmosphere and that's why we go. Server was on point.

A waste of $17.

I haven't been to a BWW in about a year. I just tried their BOGO traditional wings. They were awful - tough and dry. Plus, I asked for the Lemon Pepper seasoning and I think they just whispered "lemon pepper" over the top, because I couldn't taste anything! It used to be a good place to go, but not any more. I'm not going to waste my money there again.

Take-out Service is Horrible

I love BWW , but the take out service on Kennesaw is horrible.
Yet another “glitch in the system.” We called 2 hours ahead to make sure order was ready to pick up for a party. I get here and nothing. No apology. No compensation. No discount. And I’m still waiting. Unacceptable. But this isn’t the first time….

Manager and bartender suck!!!

Bww at 7000 s las vegas blvd... been going to this location over 25 years...never again...wings were worst every yesterday, parking lot and bathroom covered in trash...bartender changed channel of raider football to accommodate 6 49er fans...he's a 49ers fan too...in the 3rd quarter...it was to 1 small TV in corner...total crap...if you are a charger or 9ers fan they like you better...

Rewards program is a lie!

We bought almost $400 in gift cards as stocking stuffers. I have the rewards app on my phone but there is no way to claim the rewards. The app closes every time but yet you can order from the app, very clever BWW. I returned to the store to get help and was told there was nothing they could do. What a scam.

Shift manager stole my boyfriend's sweater

Clifton Park, NY.

TL;DR my boyfriend forgot his sweater at Buffalo Wild Wings that we got at a concert from his absolutely favorite band during their first North American concert tour. One of the shift managers, whose name I believe was Nick, stole it because he recognized me from my job and was upset that I wouldnt give him a medical product for free and that his appointment took too long. This whole situation at Buffalo Wild Wings took like 45mins before an employee called me (while I was driving back home) to say they found it after Nick decided to keep it because I was trying to find it.

I have been debating on if I wanted to post this but decided that I should for the sake of others as well. About two months ago, my boyfriend and I went to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Clifton Park for a date. He left for a few-hour drive back to college, then realized he had forgotten his sweater and couldn't find it in the dorm. We got the sweater at a concert by his absolutely favorite band at their first North American tour. Our friends planned a whole trip there and everything, and we all bought the same sweater. It meant more than anything to him. We looked e v e r y w h e r e and realized that it had to be at Buffalo Wild Wings. I went in, talked to a few employees about the sweater, giving a ton of descriptions and everything. I was told that it sounded sort of familiar but that they dont have it. My boyfriend eventually found a picture of the sweater on his phone after freaking out hoping to find one. I went back in and showed the employees the picture. I gave them my name and number, and they took a picture of my phone screen so they would have a reference. I start driving home stressed out and crying. Then, a girl calls and tells me that they found the sweater. I go in, bawling my eyes out and thanking her to death.

Turns out, one of the shift managers-I am confident his name was Nick-stole the sweater. I had recognized him and his name while he was aggressively telling me of allllll places the sweater could possibly be if they had found it. He recognized me from my job and had decided to keep the sweater, literally telling other employees that, since it was mine, he would not return it. So, yknow...he deliberately decided to steal the sweater. I work at a doctor's office and recognized him from there. If I remember correctly, he was frustrated during his visit because I didnt give him a medical product for free and because his appointment was taking too long (technical issues for a bit that he was aware of and still decided to stay). That's why he kept my boyfriend's sweater.

Pueblo BWW is AWFUL!!

Pueblo BWW is AWFUL!!! Did not receive one of our two meals. Worst of all we watched as a large Latino Spanish speaking family was bypassed for seating for an hour plus! I was so shocked that they left an elderly man in a wheel chair, an elderly woman, 6 children and 12 adults waiting for the empty table sitting empty beside us for at least 20-30 minutes!!! They seem to be enjoying making them wait! Terrible management!!!
