Slow service

BWW - Secaucus.
The dining room is half empty and the service is still slow, the service is bad EVERY TIME I come here. Half of the staff is standing around talking. The mozzarella sticks were terrible, came straight from a microwave. Someone keeps changing the football game, even though it’s Sunday. Wings and fries were ok but the overall experience was disappointing. Probably won’t go back anymore.

Westbury BWW, watch your bill

went to Westbury BWW after ordering on line, paid $50 on BWW gift card, place $5.19 on credit card. However, looked at receipt, $$55.19 was put on my credit card. Told manager about error, he said he fixed problem. Gave me 2 recepys showing $50 on gift card and $5.19 on credit card. Received credit card statement showing $55.19, called VISA, they notified BWW and refused to correct problem. Never going back, watch your receipts!

Awful experience and they don’t care.

Ate at the Prescott Valley AZ location for a late lunch on Saturday 12/2/23. Took over 40 minutes to get our order. When our food came out it was everything, appetizers and entrees together. Asked for the manager. He didn’t care a wink. Said how busy they are. He told us it was our fault we didn’t get our apps first. Have to ask for appetizers to come out first? Ok. Sure. That’s normal? Restaurant was empty and not busy at all. Food was not good anyway. Cheese curds solid. Wings were cold and dry looking. Not just spun in sauce. It’s awful here. Dirty and not worth it. Over 60 bucks for lunch. Run.

Psyco Buffalo

What the hell is wrong with you people? A winged Buffalo promoting buffalo wings, to eat.. Buffalo wings for people to eat. You are totally disgusting!

I have never patronized your establishment nor shall I ever! Your advertising has solidified the same.

You people make me sick to my stomach. Your marketing people are screwed up in the head. All of your marketing people need to see teams of psychologists.

I had an hour to kill

I had an hour to kill, so I went to the location in Shrewsbury, MA. I sat at the bar and ordered a glass of wine, after 5 minutes it was delivered. The girl never asked me if I wanted anything else.
When she finally walked past me again, I stopped her and ordered an appetizer. Because the place was only 1/3 full, after 20 minutes, I said "screw it" and asked another bartender for my check. (It was time for me to leave) I told him that I never got my appetizer.
Paid the $13 dollars for the wine, then left.
I hate these places that have all kids working there. They don't give a damn about anyone.

Promotional Scams

I made 3 Orders.

Their GPS for delivery is GARBAGE. It showed I lived 20min away from my house in the middle of my town. I thought the first time was a fluke. Happened the second time too. I had to call all 3 drivers and tell them to input my address in their phone maps. I even put instructions on the 3rd order. They didnt read it. All orders were cold. It took forever to get in touch with customer service. The first response came like 5 days after I contacted them and they still have poor 24 hour response times thereafter. They are no help. They only come up with excuses to not HONOR their promotion.

Their promotions are misleading and scams. They had a buy 2x for 20$ excluding beer, taxes, and gratuity. Cannot not be used with other offers or discounts except bundles. The reward is 2000points about 20$ worth. I bought 3x due to not having the offer active on the first(no big deal, my mistake). I order a Burger and appetizer, Burger and Appetizer, and BOGO tuesday wings with appetizer. All totaled over $20. Ordered thru THEIR app. The promotion didnt say dine-in only. I had the orders delivered again thru THEIR app not doordash or Uber. They first told me it was for dine-in only... For a promotion ran through your app, ordered through your app, and the promotion details DIDNT say that. Then they told me the BOGO wings is a discount. For one that is a bundle. I paid FULL price for the first wings. That is not a discount nor offer. Did I mention their wings are 2$ a piece? Outrageous. Their Promotions are only to up sells and tell you that you didnt qualify because you bought their weekly BOGO. Isnt it called buffalo wild wings for a reason? Because I ordered wings. I dont qualify, BWW is a JOKE.

I would give State Street Buffalo Wild…

I would give State Street Buffalo Wild Wings a -0 but I don’t have the option waiting over an hour and 20 minutes is ridiculous it needs to close down finally get your food it’s cold old and disgusting Do better or close it down it is a waste of space! It has been awful ever since it opened!

I ordered 2x orders of cambo 20…

I ordered 2x orders of cambo 20 wings(10 boneless and 10 with bones) large French fries and some sides. I never got french fries, got wings only with bones and many with feathers. Not sure if i can send you the picture, but trust me i almost threw-up.

We ordered a chicken wrap and some wings. The wings were supposed to have MILD sauce in them and they put MEDIUM sauce instead. The chicken wrap had no sauce on it whatsoever and the fries were cold. Will not be coming here again.

We went to the New Center Point…

We went to the New Center Point location in Colorado Springs and arrived around 8:00. We chose to sit outside because it was so busy and loud inside. We were told our waitress would be out shortly. No problem. 30 minutes later, I sent my son in to place our order. 15 minutes later, our waiter arrived, verified our order and left. No water, no napkins. Probably another 15-20 minutes and our drinks arrived. I know they were busy. I get it. I had asked for 2 glasses of ice water since they were so busy. I also told him to bring to go boxes because I wouldn't eat much. (That never happened). Eventually, my son's order arrived and his wings were cold. Maybe 10 minutes later my wings showed up. Wrong sauce. They offered to put in a new order but I needed to get home to eat. We did check the order verifying it was entered properly.
To say we were pretty angry by this point is an understatement. Not once did anyone apologize. It wasn't until I was standing up to leave that we got some cocktail napkins and my 2nd glass of water. That sure filled me up. This was the worst experience ever at a BWW. Maybe a gift card or a sincere apology would have been nice. I will not return to this location.

Customer service was on the ball! The gentleman listened and asked questions. He gave me points on my BWW app so I can try again. It won't be at the same location.

No more

We used to love bww have been going there at different locations for a decade or more, we keep going back hoping they will return to there former glory, but after our latest experience we may never go there again. For years now they’ve been getting worse very little sauce on the wings sometimes none on a piece or two, rarely ever hot, usually luke warm, we ordered a beer first my wife got hers right away, mine 45 minutes after we ordered, my wife’s wings showed up 30 minutes in without the carrots and celery very little sauce and luke warm she was done before I finally got mine an hour after I ordered with fries that were also luke warm, the waitress was nice and apoligetic, they didn’t charge us for the hour late beer or the fries. Maybe someday they will figure out what made them great and get back to it, until then no more bww for us.

One item ordered to go. Fried Pickles. 99 cent add on fee for to go order took care of servers tip. Fried pickles @10.99 totally underwhelming. Order was about 12 dill rounds, that were cold and unappetizing. Burgerville does a better job.

CHANGES in resturant without better Service

They updated inside but forgot to include getting clean tables for customers. Next they dropped hardprint menu's telling customers to use scan tab for their menu stuck to table! HEY.. covid is over DUDE!! Not everyone carries phone with them! Change ur ways or close your business!
