Ordered a pastry box 27th July for…

Ordered a pastry box 27th July for delivery on 30th for my daughters birthday. Nothing has been received. I have emailed 2 different email addresses several times. I have rang and left a message. I have sent Facebook message and tried WhatsApp. Absolutely no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. So fed up with dishonest people taking my money. It was meant to be a nice birthday treat. Can't even get a refund as no one responds. They are on companies house as well. Would have thought were legit. Dissappointed!!!!!!!

Unreachable customer service

Ordered sandwiches for an office event for 2 consecutive days, paid extra to have them delivered by 11:30 - on the first day the sandwiches arrived after 1:30 (when lunch had ended) so we tried to cancel the next day's sandwiches - completely unreachable by phone or email, sandwiches came again the next day as before - far too late for us to use them. Been 2 weeks now and still not had any response from the company despite leaving several messages and emails. No matter what time you call the number it is 'outside of working hours' according to their message. Used this company last year and they were brilliant. Will sadly be using an alternative company from now on. Still need a refund.

Do not use! Entirely unreliable & UNACCOUNTABLE!

Entirely unreliable service!
And the worst customer service.
Ordered sandwiches for a huge charity party 3 weeks before, paid for and confirmed, then on the day at 9:30am received an email to say 'i had cancelled the order!'. No one answered any calls or any emails I sent. Was stuck with 75 guests and no sandwiches.

2 days later for a conference (on a different account) let down again at the last minute. 50 guests with no sandwiches.

When someone eventually picked up the phone at buffet box, she was completely rude and took no responsibility for letting us down and kept saying I had cancelled and the payment hadn't gone though - neither of which were true. When I challenged this she put the phone down on me. Unbelievable!
DO NOT ORDER FROM BUFFET BOX.
ENTIRELY UNRELIABLE AND UNACCOUNTABLE!

DO NOT ORDER

DO NOT ORDER! I ordered a buffet box to be delivered and it never showed up, I contacted the company and they never responded. They took my money and nothing ever got delivered. Very disappointing as I ordered these for a party and very disappointed they took my money. Please don’t order from here!

Waste of time

Ordered a buffetbox to be delivered for a retirement lunch 10 days prior to the event, one day before the event i was sent an email to say it could only be standard delivery as the couriers who were DPD couldnt do a early delivery, (had I known this when I booked it I would have gone elsewhere), the lunch finally appeared at 15.45pm and was just a shambles, it looks like it had been shaken and sauce had spilled out over the rest of the food making it impossible to eat, it clearly wasnt packed to withstand any knocks and just looked like a food fight had taken place in the box, so what should have been a joyous occasion was very much ruined, just wish there was an option to attach photos, however lessons have been learned and we wont be using them again

Great experience, delicious pastries

I had a great experience ordering the Danish breakfast box for my sister in law who had just given birth. It was very easy to place the order and I was able to get it delivered in 2 days. I was able to track the delivery and was notified when it was delivered. Sadly the box was a little shaken up so it didn’t look amazing when it arrived but the pastries tasted delicious and it was enjoyed by my whole family. I would order again in the future as I’ve had a great experience.

The delivery was unable to be delivered due to courier issues. This was out of our hands and we kept in constant communication. We refunded you within minutes of the issue coming to our attention and kept you as informed as we could.

We were gutted that our partner couriers lost your parcel, as with a 99.9% on time delivery rate by them, it was extremely unfortunate and we knew it was distressing for you.

We did our best to assist but on occasion all we can offer is to fully refund you. We are sorry we couldn’t make it right for you and that you were disappointed with the refund.

Product is great, delivery hit and miss

Product is great however the delivery driver left the package outside in the sun despite driving past our reception. The package was sat in the sun for 2 hours and despite being well wrapped and shipped with cooling no one wanted to eat it. Such a shame as our first experience had been so positive. Response from customer service was muted and although we were offered a discount of future orders no one seemed to understand that not marking the package as fresh food or ensuring it's delivered to a reception where there is one means we are reluctant to try again.

We have used the boxes a few times now

We have used the boxes a few times now. 2 out of 3 aint bad. The first time we were realy pleased with the quintity and qulity of them, scond time was same but last time they were late delivered and the quility was no where close to the standed we had become used to.

So easy

Buffet box was not acceptable no paper…

Buffet box was not acceptable no paper plates or napkins bread to thick n taste less fillings awful no customer service to complain bread not very good n taste not worth the money I spent

Great service and buffet - will order again!

We ordered the Buffet Box C for 5 people and loved it! The quantity of food was spot on with great variety. The chicken skewers and onion bhaji were particularly delicious.

The order arrived in good time and with no issues. Will definitely be using them again!
