Transportation of the wheelchair was arranged perfectly. On arrival in Tenerife there was no taxi for the transfer to the hotel.

Good house in very nice environment. Description equals exactly the situation, like not suited for big/electric wheelchairs, so the turning in the bathroom asks good steering!
Inventory is very complete, because the owners are there probably often too.

Great weekend in a treehouse
We booked a weekend away through Buitengewoon Reizen. We stayed at the Baumhaushotel Waldquelle, where we had our own 'baumhaus', which was a wheelchair accesible lodge. Very nice, modern and adapted for wheelchair user. We had a lovely stay. Very nice staff. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful time in Italy thanks to the aid and assistence of Buitengewoonreizen. I can highly recommend this agency (and also the hotel we stayed at in Tuscany: i Girasoli). Us three travelled several times in the past with the help of Buitengewoonreizen. My mother who has secondary progressive MS never thought of going on holiday in her condition, but thanks to Buitengewoonreizen it was possible! With all the facilities the hotel could provide she was able to have a wonderful time! So grazie mille i Girasoli and Buitengewoonreizen for bringing this adress into our lives and helping us get there via transfer in a wheelchair taxi! We had everything we could wish for ( and more!)
