I cannot thank Mr Bukhari and his team ( Shakeeb Hussan) enough for their outstanding support and expertise in my In laws visit visa application process. After an initial refusal, I was feeling disheartened, but their team guided me through the Judicial Review - Pre Action Protocol process with professionalism and care. This still didnt succeed and we have had another refusal to the same application and second Pre Action Protocol was applied. After two refusals and challenges to each, thanks to their persistence and detailed knowledge of immigration law, the Home Office finally overturned their decision, and we were granted the entry clearance. Our caseworker was Shakeeb Hussain and his help and patience is subject to high appreciation.

Their communication was clear, timely, and reassuring throughout, which made a challenging process much more manageable. Most important they always came back to my whatapp messages and showed patience to me and my queries. I would highly recommend

Our case was particularly difficult due to our own fault of missing the deadline for submitting our ILR application. This unnecessarily complicated an otherwise straight forward application but was our own fault.

I approached Bukhari Chambers at a critical stage in my case, feeling extremely depressed and with little hope left. My case had not been well-represented initially by my previous lawyers, which added to my stress. Lady was so rude and unprofessional behaviour shouting why I missed the call, I sent message that I was in Namaz sorry I missed your call. But she was so rude and aggressive

The lawyer was not prepared for this consultation appointment. I have given brief 2 times, letting them know what I want to discuss.
First of all, he showed how much they were concerned with their client and was so unprofessional as he did not joined teams meeting on time. Later when he came, he said how can he help, although I was expecting him to start conversation because I already provided them with my queries.
When I started as I was prepared with my own research, he started telling me that I didn’t book full business appointment and nobody knows the laws by hand. Why I need to book business appointment if I want to discuss skilled work visa? And how he can make this excuse and what he does as his job? If he knew what I want to discuss, being lawyer it was his job to prepare and research about the laws but he failed in that.
And later reading my provided description he says he can clearly answer about it, which is NO. If he is only provide service for business immigration, you guys shouldn’t be misleading me and asking to book appointment to discuss, if the answer was No from your-side, you should be telling me this at the outset.
I really had horrible experience with Mr Bukhari, a lawyer cannot make excuses saying nobody remember the laws all the time. You are immigration lawyer, at least you cannot make this excuse that you don’t remember the laws, although these are the newly introduced laws.
A person who wants to discuss new skilled work visa rules, you cannot tell them you can go with business immigration as this is the only option you have. And the discussion was demoralising and useless. You cannot take for granted your client’s time and money and in my case you took my case for granted
