I very rarely leave reviews; however, I have now had a relationship with bullionbypost for some 5 years and it's no exaggeration to claim that it's been one of my best. When I first started collecting silver, I felt rather humble and out of my depth. Their core services have always been efficient and when I have phoned with queries, they have have always made me feel comfortable and welcome. I have now bought and sold and they are just as fair, efficient, helpful and courteous when I'm on the selling end.

Very easy to sell coins and company was easy to deal with. Emails sent confirming price agreed, when goods received and processed. Money was in my account within a day of them receiving my items. Would recommend and use again.

We have requested more information so that we can look into this a little better for you, I have had a quick look and I think I have managed to find the order you sent us, but records our side show that it was paid 6 working days after we received the goods, and payment was actually sent the same day that you provided the required invoice that we requested from you.
If you could submit a little more information just so we can double check it our side, that would be great.
Hopefully this has made any delay a little clearer for you.
