I only use Bunches to send loved ones flower Bouquets beacuse they always deliver on time and the flowers are amazing and have longevity so the bloom is in effect 7-10days after delivery which is what I want. The prices are reasonable and thr reward system lets you gain discount on your next purchase. Good Job!!

The flowers I ordered were delivered on one of the hottest days and I was very concerned about how they would be. Although a little wilted on delivery once in water they were soon as beautiful and fresh as Bunches flowers always are. Don’t know why I was worried because Bunches have never let me down.

Although the flowers arrived in good condition, I was very disappointed with Royal Mail in the delivery service. The bouquet arrived a day late for the special occasion, so was not happy with that, particularly as the order was placed well in advance.

I often get flowers from Bunches. They might not be the cheapest flowers out there, but they last for ages! Strongly recommend!

Always easey to order from, Lovely choice of flowers and prices. If any problems with flowers it is sorted out very quickly. Been using them for afew years noe and only 2 bunches have I had a problem with (new ones sent fast).

Arrived on time and in a lovely condition. The recipient was pleasantly surprised. 3 weeks later and some of the flowers are still going strong. Great quality.

Awful flowers
I ordered some flowers for my daughter moving into new house. These are the worst flowers I have ever seen been delivered. I will never use them again,The ones that arrived were nothing like their picture.

Great, supportive and efficient customer service and prompt delivery. Ordered twice by mistake due to mobile phone needing rebooting and customer service reacted swiftly and cancelled the unwanted order. Reimbursement was also efficiently and quickly processed. Can highly recommend.

I - the sender - was confused about the time of delivery. I thought I understood that the delivery would be at 8am & in fact I understand they arrived at approximately 1pm & a day later than I expected (however I did order on a Sunday). I was expecting a Courier as described by Bunches. But they came via Royal Mail. However it was a very good final result. I will use Bunches again.

A present for my niece who was delighted with the flowers.. I only saw a photo she sent to me but the looked lovely
