Buying a car can be a slog. Disinterested dealerships, staff with no knowledge of or interest in the cars they sell, waiting times for build slots. You're likely to spend more time talking about finance options than about the car.
Not with Burcham. Ross is a truly lovely person with a passion for cars. He genuinely wanted to make sure that everything was perfect. His attention to detail meant that I got exactly the car I wanted without the wait time or hassle of a main-dealer "experience".
