Fancied a burger on a Friday night. Ordered a Burger King at 5.30 ISH and by 9.30pm I still hadn't received it. Just a disorganised mess and sadly cancelled it and went to bed.

I stopped over in Colchester at BURGER KING food outlet on 22nd Feb. SERIOUSLY this food outlets hygiene, unswept floor, food droppings on the floor, tables littered with empty cups, bags on floor, every corner of the customer sitting area has lot of food debri and dirt, the toilets had NO SOAP, NO TOILET PAPER, VERY DIRTY MIRROR, BIN FULL OF PAPER, was worst than a 3rd World Country. So how was staff maintaining hygiene of washing their hands as there was no soap in any oif the dispensers..thst must be serious
X CONTAMINATION of Toilet, urinary passing bacteria to other toilet users !!!
The entrance carpeted área was flithy had not been vaccumed for months, the glass Windows had never been cleaned, The drive and car park área had 9 DEEP POT HOLES with standing water.
THIS FOOD OUTLET NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN RESTRUCTURED to make ot safe for customers !!!

I made my order on the self service screen, the order number was 1723, this was at 16:40.
The screen above the serving counter started my order was being made and then almost immediately was ready. The time was 16:43
At 17:00 I was still waiting. The member of staff “serving” said it should arrive soon but couldn’t say when. At this point I requested a refund
The assistant manager didn’t seem sure how to carry out a refund. After 2 attempts she held the payment machine up to me, it “beeped” and I assumed it had worked.
I have checked my account various times tonight but no refund
The whole experience was very poor. Why do your machines say an order is ready when it clearly isn’t? Why can’t your staff successfully manage a refund?

They don't care about there northern Ireland customers. The whopper has been my favourite burger for 40 years,so when I heard about the legends week I thought happy days. Only to find out it won't work here after giving them probably thousands of pounds in 4 decades I'm fuming. I will never give them another penny. Shame on you I hope you go bankrupt

Went to BurgerKing Derby today, was really happy, we got everything we ordered as we ordered it, and we are very fussy what we don't want, Alec was particularly helpful tonight everyone was very friendly and we really enjoyed our meals. thankyou

They don’t sell burber

nice clean place Leeds airport, but a little bit over the top on prices

Bluewater,,Tara and Marra where helpfull over all outstanding

Order was wrong and chips were stone cold, onion rings soggy .called a dozen times over a 40 minute period..and no answer.
Will never use BK again.

Was in Cumbernauld burger king tonight Staff were very helpful and friendly. Service was great food was fresh and hot and very tasty

If u want a dirty bugar from fulwood burgar king in fulwood service is disgusting there mangers need to learn manners school talk boy calls him self mangers they don't wash there hands been there 3 times they are very dirty in there.

Really tasty steakhouse Angus at Caerphilly burger king. The place is very clean and tidy with good staff. Well done x

I used to like BK. Now their burgers are sh-t. I ve tried the new bbq stacker it tasted like rubber. No wonder they are closing branches. Yesterday will be my last trip for sure.
Stop deceiving people with nice pictures and providing Sh-tty burgers. I do hope they bring law against companies like yours.

We arrived early the centertainment burger king in Sheffield.
It was very clean and the staff were ready to great you and serve me from the counter as im not good with apps.

Almost £4 for 2 potato's worth of chips, small potatoes at that. So disappointed!!
