After today’s experience, I will not be buying again. The food was stone cold and tasteless. Coke was watery, did not enjoy it. You have lost a loyal customer.

I paid 14 dkk more for my soda they didn't wanna give refund, and the workers just shouting at me im stupid and need to take school again. What is this behavior... never going in that place again in Copenhagen strøget at the start.

Wouldn't take my dog to to eat in their so called restaurants hot drinks are warm hot food is warm chips well tried one left the rest couldn't finish the meal so I walked out i think burger King under staff its restraurants and run it on a shoe string i drive by now not through

Was in drive through at Burger King Kingsgate East Kilbride I asked for a cappuccino he gave me a cup 🥤 and I thought it was empty opened up to find 1/2 empty and mainly foam. I explained to the young man his reply What do you want me to do about that? Costing almost £3 I said take it back and drove off, £3 worse off. Surprisingly I decided to go to the same establishment the following day to see was this a one off, this time I went inside and approached the service desk and requested two Cappucino, she wouldn't serve me and told me to go to AI station I requested service at almost £6 for two coffees she decided to come to the customer side and used the AI. That's enough for me never again.Awful ignorant service at best and NOT CHEAP. . .

Ordered a meal delivery when l received it it was stone cold, no straw with my milk shake and very poorly packaged.

This review is for burger king cannock orbital .There is a weird bloke that hangs round it all afternoon gambling on his computer and never buying any food .Said bloke also goes through bins and is very hostile when you make eye contact.this man shpuld be banned as he isn't buying food and just hangs round the place using the free WiFi. It is concerning he is looking in bins prob for receipts .Car is untaxed and un mot too

Whoper with extra cheese as a meal. Burger was cold in the middle. Cheese hadn't melted at all. Fries were soggy...An absolut disgrace for this company to call themself Kings of Burgers! This "experience" happend in Espoo, Finland.

This has got to be the worst Burger King in the United States. I literally waited in the drive-thru over 30 minutes. As soon as one car would pull away from the ordering speaker and the next car to pull up, it would take 20 minutes. There is no excuse for this kind of poor service. I have never ever waited this long for any type of food. You're better off to go to a dine-in restaurant because you would definitely get your food much faster. This place needs to be shut down. I would give it zero Stars if it would allow me to but unfortunately it doesn't.

I really don't want to give any stars. Burger King Llanelli. I placed a substantial order from Burger King in Llanelli through Uber Eats. I received the wrong order. I contacted Burger King in Llanelli. I spoke to the manager who kept repeating a pre planned script that once the food leaves the restaurant they hold no responsibility it's all Uber Eats responsibility. I only wanted to have the right food that I paid for delivered. As a customer I felt I wasnt supported or understood. There was a lack of understanding and a really couldn't care less attitude when I spoke to the manager who admitted they regularly have phone calls like this about food not being delivered as if it was ok and something that I should understand. I am so disappointed and would like others to know that if you order from Burger King in Llanelli you may not receive the right order and if you speak to management to complain they won't care either and says it's just something that happens.

UPDATE I was told my email at 7:02 pm that they could not take the tip off the order but would give me a $3 off coupon, I then informed them that I would dispute the whole bill and had the proof of my order being miss HANDLED as the driver admitted picking up my order leaving the store,over 20 minutes later returning to the store to pick up another order and I was told when they get the other order they would bring me mine. No response yet.North Jackson Ohio, I live 2.5 miles from store an I'm DISABLED so I don't drive. I ordered for delivery at 4:52 pm, received text saying driver picked up my order at 5:23 pm and would deliver my order at 5:31 pm. I CALLED THE DRIVER AT 5:48 PM 17 MINUTES AFTER TEXT MESSAGE SAID I WOULD RECEIVE MY ORDER. FOR 1 MINUTE AN 19 SECONDS driver told me that they was back at the store picking up another order and tracking showed them driving BEFORE going BACK TO THE STORE INSTEAD OF DELIVERING MY ORDER. WHEN ASKED WHY THEY HAD MY ORDER AND DRIVING AROUND FOR LAST 25 Minutes AND NOW BACK AT THE STORE STILL WITH MY ORDER, I WAS TOLD "I'm at the store picking up another order and when I get it, I'll bring your order to you or you can cancel it." At 6:00 pm I received this text 37 minutes after they PICKED UP my order, "Your order has been delivered. Tap the link for a photo of the drop-off location:

DID NOT RING CAMERA OR KNOCK TO ALERT IT WAS EVEN DELIVERED, WHICH WAS WROTE DIRECTLY IN THE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS TO "RING CAMERA AND DO NOT JUST PUT ON SWING AND LEAVE, RING CAMERA".

I don’t know what’s up with Next these days but why aren’t you lot making your stuff cheaper? I mean I gotta be a millionaire to buy some socks. (Not literally, they were £12 for 4)

The customers were furious. More than half an hour wait from ordering to food. People had to leave after paying without getting their food because they had to catch the plane. Cold burgers that were "recycled" and hot drinks. You couldn't get salt for fries. It's a mockery of the customers, and the employees just did not care.

Ordered at 19.28, message received at 21.05 that delivery was cancelled. Unbelievable

Burger King is a top fast food restaurant with great recipes vegetarian and not only and I enjoy eating at Mega mall, where the staff is amazing, very kind and delightful. Is my favorite restaurant.
