The manager stuck his fingers in the bun

Tables needed clearing, toilets were dirty and smelly. Staff were dismissive. Asked for ingredients NOT to be added to my food, they were added. Raised there was a problem with my order, the manager took the top off the bun and scraped the contents off the bun with his fingers, when i asked that he didnt do that i was told this was "standard burger king procedure" no care of dirty fingers in food or care of cross contamination. He did not wash his hands or put on a fresh pair of gloves.

Unprofessionalism of burger king’s Manager

I’m an Uber Eats delivery driver and had a shocking experience at this Burger King on 20 December, between 9:30 PM and 10:40 PM.

I arrived at 9:30 PM to collect a confirmed Uber Eats order. There were already 10+ delivery drivers waiting, and the store kept accepting online orders even though they were close to closing and clearly couldn’t handle them.

At first, because of the long wait, I told the customer to cancel and order from another restaurant. However, a staff member took my order number and assured me the order would be prepared, so I contacted the customer again and asked them to keep waiting.

After waiting almost 20 more minutes, the manager suddenly said the store was closed and told me to “get out”, even though I had been assured my order would be prepared. He became rude and aggressive, locked the door while I was still inside, and instructed staff not to pack my order even though it was ready.

Due to how serious the situation became, I called the police by phone. The officer spoke directly to the manager and advised him to resolve the issue, but the manager still refused. I eventually had to leave at around 10:40 PM, after wasting over an hour.

Because of this, I had to ask the customer to cancel the order after a long wait, and my Uber account was reported, affecting my work. There was also no “store closed” sign displayed, which meant drivers couldn’t even claim compensation from Uber.

This was extremely unprofessional, stressful, and completely avoidable. Delivery drivers should not be treated this way. I hope management investigates this properly.

Terrible

Wow, made the order at 6:01 paid got 3 calls 30 minutes later to clarify the address. I missed the calls as I was in the toilet. Called back 3 times no answer. Got a call from another number to confirm order is ready it’s going be delivered. 6:59 get a call sorry can’t deliver. Give me your card detail and will refund. As if I’m giving my card details over the phone.

extremely disappointed with my…

extremely disappointed with my experiences at your store. Every time I place an online order, my order is either incorrect or missing items. When I inquire, I am told that items are out of stock, yet I am still charged the full price. Additionally, when trying to redeem points for a code to order at the window, the code is often only valid online, not at the drive-thru, which causes further confusion and inconvenience.

On top of that, the store is consistently unclean, and I have noticed staff engaging in inappropriate behavior, including smoking marijuana in the parking lot. This level of service and environment is unacceptable.

Due to these ongoing issues, I will not be returning to this location. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes for the sake of other customers.

Hills and Dales Jackson Ohio. Just avoid it if you are a customer a delivery driver anything. This is the slowest possible place I have ever been to. They need to learn how to STIP TALKING AND WORK there is a manager there that basically just glides around talking but never actually doing anything and super creepy

Awful service

Awful service, I used the burger king app to order my food only to be hit with a 2 hour delivery wait time, there is no way to cancel my order or contact burger king over the phone directly and instead I have to ring up uber eats who they're partnered with, only to be told I can't get a refund as my order is ongoing, so they have taken my money and left me having to wait 2 hours for my food, what a scummy restraunt, I won't be ordering from burger king again, disgusting service!

Do not eat here!

It was over 15 minutes and we still didn’t have our order. I requested a refund and the manager said he was refusing service and that I was trespassing. He finally gave us our order but it was incorrect and cold.

New store - poor

The floors were littered with food; the tables needed wiping. The staff had terrible attitudes- we felt like we were being told off for being at the correct table for our order.
One burger was cold and when we went to ask for a replacement we were met with a very dismissive attitude.
A shame as it’s a new store.
Lacks character and the staff need lessons on how to be polite and general communication skills.
The food was nice though.

Dissapointing customer service

Very dissapointed by the customer service I received when phoning earlier to try and place an order for delivery. I got hung up on when I asked for a happy meal. I am appalled by this behaviour and have been left hungry.

The burger king I go to everyday has such please drive thru service.The girl is so pleasant and cheerful, makes me happy on the inside. And the breakfast I get is always fresh and hot, I don't have to wait long. Jackson,Ga has a great burger king

Appalling Service – Burger King East Kilbride, Glasgow

I was genuinely shocked by the appalling level of service at Burger King East Kilbride, Glasgow. Staff flat-out refused to take my order at the front desk, despite several of them standing around idly at the counter, chatting amongst themselves. When I challenged this, they simply walked away from the front desk, smirking and continuing their conversation as if customers didn’t exist.

When I asked for help using the electronic ordering machine, they treated it like an inconvenience and claimed not to know how to operate it. This is completely unacceptable.

There also seems to be a bullying mentality among staff. If you ask a question, they gather around, listen in, and then deliberately say nothing. It’s intimidating, unprofessional, and makes customers feel unwelcome.

What’s worse is that this wasn’t a one-off. On a second visit, I experienced the exact same disinterested and unhelpful attitude from staff. The restaurant was practically empty on both occasions, yet there was zero effort to engage with customers or provide even the most basic level of service.

It’s clear that customer care is not a priority at this branch. If this is Burger King’s idea of a dining experience, it’s no wonder footfall is dropping. It might be time for Burger King senior managers to start sending out secret shoppers to see first-hand how real customers are treated when they’re paying for what is, frankly, terrible service.

Quite a shame, because the food itself is fine — but any positives are completely overshadowed by the disgraceful customer service.
