I ordered a meal for my family to be delivered. They confirmed the order at 19.21 my order was finally delivered at 21.35. It was freezing cold and it was wrong. The stickers on the wrapping was right but the burgers were the cheap burger instead of the double whopper with cheese. This was the same with all of our burgers. I'm totally disgusted with this.

Onion rings old and cold. Took them to the counter the girl said she’d sort it. I sat back down, in 15 seconds she came back with burnt onion rings. (She refried them gross!)
I took them back and finally, another girl dropped freshed ones and they were fabulous. I don’t visit often because if you ask for a burger off the grill they just say they are; then they get a whopper out of one of those meat storage trays. No wonder it’s always empty and is overpriced for sure! I knew I shouldn’t have gone there and spent good money for old food and the hassle. Should have gone to Taco Bell!!!

AVOID Burger King (M5 Portbury)
e visited Burger King (M5 Portbury) 6th September. We spent over £40 on our meal and were left extremely disappointed by both the service and the quality of the food.
We waited more than 25 minutes for our order, and when my husband enquired about the delay, staff shrugged and blamed the vegetarian option. Upon finally receiving our food and returning to our car, we discovered that several items were missing. This required us to go back inside, further delaying our meal. By the time we were able to start eating, more than 40 minutes had passed.
Unfortunately, the food was entirely unsatisfactory. It was cold and dry, and the vegetarian option in particular appeared to have been microwaved, leaving it chewy and unappealing.
Equally concerning was the lack of urgency from staff. They appeared disengaged, moving slowly and conversing amongst themselves rather than prioritising customers’ orders.
This experience was unacceptable, and the majority of our meal went uneaten and ultimately discarded. From a brand like Burger King , I expected a much higher standard of service and fast food quality.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your Dugri Ludhiana outlet on 04 September 2025 at 7:59 PM. My Bill No. is 4063, and the total amount was ₹659.40.
Unfortunately, the experience was not at all satisfactory. Despite paying a fair amount, the food quality and service were very poor and did not meet the standard expected from Burger King. This left me highly dissatisfied with my visit.
I request you to kindly look into this matter seriously and take corrective steps to improve food quality and customer service at this outlet.
What a pit of a Burger King…
What a pit of a Burger King at Podimore Services. The place was absolutely filthy on the floor the tables were also filthy. The gents toilets were closed so had to use the disabled toilet as instructed by the staff they were absolutely disgusting with urine on the floor that you had to paddle in. The soap dispenser was empty and the hand dryer wasn’t working. Never again will I go there.

Very dissapointed, DoubleChicken Royale Meal from Moto Tamworth M42 J10 The chicken looked processed and dipped in bread crumbs, the mayo did not exist and the Fanta had no flavour what so ever, the chips was the only part ofthis meal that I ate, all for the princly some of £11.79 what a complete waste of money, do yourselves a favour and next time you are hungary and you see a Burger King role the window down on your car and throw£11.79 out of the window you will get greater satifaction from doing that than eating from them
Burger King treats their employees horribly
I discontinued patronizing Burger King a considerable time ago due to their appalling treatment of their employees. For instance, an employee who had dedicated two decades to the company received a meager gift, akin to one given to a child.

Absolutely the worst “Fast” Food restaurant I have ever visited.
I thought that eating here would have been a good idea as Burger King is generally quick and easy and although there was a crowd waiting at the counter, thought it would be a straightforward experience.
I soon discovered that, having placed my order, my number on the screen had 35 customers in front of me. I waited for over 30 minutes before actually getting my food, but only because, with only 20 people served and still 15 customers in front of me on the screen and my gate closing in 10 minutes, I called someone over to ask for a refund as my flight was leaving. I was miraculously passed my (half cooked) meal ahead of those still waiting.
I observed so many issues in this location during my wait. Literally every customer had their meal THROWN into a bag and the bag THROWN toward them at the counter.
The team in the kitchen could be clearly seen making up the food as soon as the order came through and placing it into the fully stocked, overpacked tray to be bagged, but every item lay for a prolonged period of time, so would have been cold by the time the customer received it.
The main issue is the lack of management in the restaurant. The incompetence of the front counter staff (poor training/ rude attitude / lack of help) who were so slow at putting the orders together and passing them out (slowly) to the customers. I also noted that almost everyone had to return to the counter because wrong items had been put into the bag or items had been forgotten.
I really have nothing positive to say about my experience and would urge those wishing to eat in BER to do so anywhere else.
I note the other reviews I have read about this location have mirrored my own experience. Burger King would be making a killing here if this restaurant were running efficiently. But with the current reputation it is setting, the Burger King company would be better to close the restaurant down.

Worst burger king of my life!
I went to this burger king with my family in Costa adeje not too long ago. I was shocked to find animals crawling through the tables and chairs. My order was also terrible due to the lack of food and disregard for how they prepared it. The staff weren't friendly and they were talking amongst each other when me and my father had questions . Never go here

We thought Tuesday we would treat ourself to a burger king time 18.37 told 30 min wait. 2 hrs later still no sign of it. Called Swindon direct mail box full. Then 20. 45 it finally arrived stone cold. For paying £27 it will be the last time ever. Disgusting service.
Fast food it's not. We had to heat it which defeat the whole point of not cooking ourself. When burger king is 5 mins by car.
Slow service, rip-off
Took my children to BK in Eastfields Road, Beverley, East Riding. Completely empty, yet it still took ages to be served due to lack of staff and staff on duty being as thick as 2 short planks.
Absolute rip-off. Small, cold portions. We will opt for Wendys in future.
Flavorless and greasy
I was genuinely excited to try the Stacker Potato Burger, but it ended up being a huge letdown. The patty was dry, the potato layer was soggy and bland. Flavorless and greasy. Definitely not worth the price, and I won’t be ordering it again.
