Shipping/CSR issues
I ordered my garlic on September 28th. I checked in about 10 days later asking for an ETA. I was then told it would take 2 weeks for shipping and they could not provide a tracking number yet because it didn't ship. When I expressed the fact that I was not made aware of the shipping time before I paid for my order, I received an email reply that said, "were sorry you wanted your garlic sooner." It's Oct. 19th today, 3 weeks later and still no word from anyone. I'm loosing hope that I'll get my garlic in before the weather gets bad. You need to make your customers aware of shipping when orders are being placed, and maybe work on customer service communications. I'll buy my garlic elsewhere next year.

Please give shipping time estimates
It would be helpful if there were a way to view only the in-stock items. For instance, I viewed many different blueberry and strawberry plants, but most were out of stock. I really just wanted to see in-stock items. It would have made my shopping much quicker.
The other thing that would be helpful is a shipping time estimate like, “this item usually ships in 4-5 days.” For instance, I ordered six blueberry plants about a week ago, but haven’t got any idea when to expect them.

Good seeds, bad shopping
Burpees seeds are very good and I've had good results with them. The website for shopping is frustrating, difficult to go from browsing for an item, adding it to the cart and then to continue shopping where you left off. I would have ordered more but I was tired of dealing with the website.

Frustration with shopping on website
After looking at a particular seed variety to learn details, I was not able to resume my shopping/looking using the back arrow. Instead, using the back arrow brought me back to the beginning of what I was looking for (ex. cut flowers). I would then have to scroll through everything again to resume looking where I had left off.

Great product - Website needs work
Your product is great, but your website needs work. Once I add something to my cart, I have to hit the back browser button because there is no "continue shopping" option. Then, I have to F5 and reload the search page because images don't reload.

Website really needs work. You need more sort options (by price, customer ratings, etc.). If I put something in my cart and go back to shop more, it loses the previous page I was on and I have to go back and reload. I have an iPhone 7+.
You REALLY need help from a professional IT organization that handles websites, their navigation, and the different ways that users access your site. It’s too hard to find what I’m looking for!

Your website is awful. The screen switches as you try to locate products and there is no way to filter out products that are unavailable. It takes twice as long to do anything. I gave up shopping for products and just got a few things.

Suggestion for out of stock items
While I like your products it was very frustrating to have to keep loading to see the rest of the products I like when a website says load all and in addition when I was searching for corn you didn’t have any. This happened a few times with other seeds as well so don’t even advertise them or put them in and out of stock category and request notification

Several seeds I wanted were out of stock. Website was difficult to navigate. After looking at a selection it took you back to the start and you had to repeatedly click view more to get back to where you were.

Not user friendly
I am only giving a 2 star rating because the website was not user friendly at all. Every time I clicked to read about a plant and then went back to shopping, it starts ALL OVER AGAIN! Also when typing a name of a plant in the search line it would tell me no matches. I was looking up "sunflowers" and "peppers". I would have only given one star but the checkout process went well. So gave 2 stars.

Website is dysfunctional.
Burpee products are good, which is why I endure the awful website to order products. The website was redone about 2 years ago and has never been useable since then. The navigation is not functional and is extremely time consuming. Something that should take a couple of minutes, takes an hour to accomplish. Every back button takes you back to the home page and you start over every time for every catagory and every product.

Your website is slow
Your website is slow, even for slow websites. Too many flashing screens. The back button often doesn't work. For example, when I clicked on a variety, only then did I discover it out of stock, after it took three or four times too long to load. Then I clicked back and more than half of the time got a blank screen. So I had to go all the way back to vegetables, then reload up to five new screens to find where I left off, then wait for the varieties to reappear, and reload more screens to finally get to the end of the list. It got to the point I was reluctant to check out a new variety just to find it out of stock and have to got back through the whole thing again. If the sale wasn't going on I would have just quit. Even the money I saved wasn't worth the time I put in.
